As for my chiropractor (Dr. Alicia Castelhano) I could spend the next three days explain the lengths that she went through for me. She listened to each one of my issues and where i was thinking that the pain derived from. She made sure is was a comfortable and that it was as painless as possible. She even emailed me stretches that I could do on my own if my pain started acting up again. I've never met another chiropractor that went through what she did to help me with my pain. And that's here in Canada and back home in Alabama. She even asked for my chiropractors information so she could reach out to make sure that he stays on the same regiment as she began to try and correct my issues. During my initial assessment, I was given about 15 minutes with the therapist out of a 1 hour session. It was not a comprehensive assessment at all. I then sat there with TENS machine treating my issues without finding the route cause. During my following visits, I would book 30 minutes but I was seeing a TENS machine and given 5 minutes at most with the therapist. The therapist were also treating" multiple patients at once. Additionally, the care and treatment plan was very inconsistent as I was given 3 different therapists during my 5 visits there. The space is also a concern. It is share with an optometrist and a medical walk-in clinic. Treatment is done is patient room with very little space to move around if you need to be shown exercises.
