I got these guys on a Groupon. Here's some details they leave out:…read more Before they see you, you have go through a 2 hour sales pitch. They also said I had to take my wife, so I was out babysitting money. At the end of the sales pitch they give you a proposal that will cost you big bucks. Also, the Groupon included "4 free X-Rays". All they do is send you down the road and bill OHIP. That's a little greasy. But I think my biggest issue is the lack of privacy. You get an initial visit, then all the cracks and adjustments are done behind a half wall, not a closed door. So if you need to discuss anything personal that has happened since the last visit, there's usually 3 or 4 people on the other side of the wall listening to your conversation.

This system does…read morenot work - you will wait up to TWO hours even if you have an appointment and the reception staff will yell at you to sit down if you inquire about the wait time. You'll receive no thorough assessment from the doctor but he will give you snide comments during the 3 minutes he spends with you. Mistakes or neglect with paperwork with important patient information from the front desk occur frequently. They "forget" to call you with abnormal test results. Dogs are kept in the clinic. The receptionist who yells also makes extremely rude remarks to both patients and other staff. I've received everything from someone else's prescription, and near miss with an incorrect injection. I'd stay away from here.
