My wife and I both liked Brenda and the way that we were treated at the office. It's a very nice new office and the receptionist is excellent as well. In Dec 2019 I was quoted by Jeff Walstrom $775 for health ins. for the 2020 year. I agreed to the…read morepolicy and enrolled in auto debit for the pmts. In Jan of 2020, I received an email from Jeff Walstrom stating my ins. would go up to $910 a month effective Feb 1, 2020. I complained and reminded him he quoted me less than 30 days ago, so he agreed to honor the $775 price through May of 2020. In May of 2020, I was charged 910.00 which was not supposed to happen until June of 2020. Then in June of 2020, I was auto debited $1035 without any notification from Jeff Walstrom or BCBS. I emailed him several times and sent him a copies of the rate sheet he provided. Jeff stated the rates increased again in June and the rate sheet was now expired. Now I am paying over $1035 a month for a policy that was originally quoted at $775. My rate was increased of $261.76 in 6 months. I also never approved the auto debit amounts to raise or be changed without my knowledge, so I am filing a BBB complaint. Jeff Walstrom is not a good agent, nor is he good with communication, nor does he follow-up on anything. He quotes you and enrolls you into auto debit, then takes more money that he is supposed to. CHECK YOUR AUTO DEBIT if you have a policy with him.
