Everything was clean and tidy like he was never even there. Fixing the issue woukd have been way more costly had the power flush unit not been under warranty. The price of the service call and labor was reasonable but certainly not inexpensive by any chance. I refused to pay the bill and we settled on a reduced amount, with the owner. The service tech was awful. He was rude and unapologetic. Also, ever since then, my vac makes a loud wining sound. The on/off pedal just broke on mine but I will NEVER take it back to these folks!!!
