After thinking it over, we requested that he first come out to see if he could unclog the existing route. He didn't push at all, came to see what he could do, and ended up installing about 20 feet of new piping from the street up our lawn. After he finished, he had returned the soil and grass so that you could barely tell he had been here. Excellent, friendly and accommodating service! Highly recommended!

He was on a job, but a quick conversation and his request to leave my address in a text were all that was necessary to establish an appointment. He arrived when he said he would and brought two smiling and efficient assistants. The guys went right to work checking my gutter drains. My job fortunately didn't require new drains or a difficult cleaning. However, the entire experience was pleasant, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use Juan again and highly recommend this company. I

I procrastinated a little too long before hosting a graduation party and had no luck even getting a quote two weeks before the event. Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Many of my guests noted how great the exterior looked and a few asked if I had recently painted. This was so affordable. Stellar job!

We have made numerous attempts at contacting them via phone calls, emails and text over several months. We finally received a quick text asking what the problem was.We responded with a text back and we still haven't heard a thing and it's now been 2 weeks. Three different companies have been out and all say the same thing that it was the poor quality of the work this company did. Such a disappointing experience to trust a company and give them your business to then have them not take responsibility!

The kitchen area is perfect and the covering over half the pergola will be super helpful in the rain and snow with our dogs. I don't think a more professional job could even be possible. Mostly good, but several workmanship issues…read more Creekside Coverings recently completed our outdoor stair reconfiguration project, transforming our straight stairway into a more functional design with a landing and a 90-degree turn onto a paver patio. While the team finished on schedule, the final result revealed some craftsmanship challenges. The project's core functionality meets our expectations. However, in our opinion, certain details fall short of what we would consider more commonly-used construction practices. Key observations follow. 1. The deck planks on the landing are installed parallel to the support joists. This necessitated the addition of blocking between the joists. The blocking was added after the deck planks were secured to the landing frame. In addition, the decking appears to be fastened only to the landing's frame, without direct attachment to the joists or blocking. 2. The newly-constructed landing appears to have been designed without sufficient attention to detail, in our opinion. The shape of the landing necessitated the placement of an additional railing post adjacent to an existing post on the landing to properly secure the bottom section staircase railing. 3. The two new posts on the new landing are slightly different in size than the original posts, and their caps do not match the existing post caps. The contractor mentioned these items to us after they were already installed on the stairway, and he told us that they would not affect functionality. With attention to the observations above, this would easily be a five star project.

6 out of 5 Stars!!…read more We wanted a complete gut kitchen remodel and an addition built on to our house. We decided in 2020 that we would "interview" McCarty Customized with a bathroom remodel. We were so happy with the finished product that we decided to remodel our second bathroom too. Since we were introduced to McCarty Customized in 2020, they have remodeled 2 bathrooms, drywalled walls and ceiling of the entire 2nd floor, complete gut kitchen remodel, tear-down of an existing screened-in porch, complete build of 400 square foot addition, installed LVP flooring throughout the entire 1st floor, new roof, new gutters and siding, and I'm sure I'm forgetting about something. There is no part of our home that they haven't touched. I could not be happier with this company. They are incredibly responsive, which is not easy to come by in this industry. Their work product has been excellent. Every person that we have dealt with has been kind and respectful. Work was completed on schedule. Any hiccups (and every major construction project will have some) were handled very well. They genuinely care that the finished work product is up to both their and our standards. McCarty Customized with be our Go-To for any future construction projects. And we tell everyone who will listen, that if you are having a construction project in the Columbus area, McCarty Customized should be your first call. Thanks guys!
