They returned todayand I opted to have the windows cleaned, explaining to the two gentlemen that the last time they were rather streaky still. He apologized and they cleaned the windows. Once they were done they handed me a bill for $20. I explained to the gentleman that I paid 15 last time and I was actually told it would be 12 every time. He said they have charged me 20 the last time they were there and that is what they always church. I told him no I paid 15 and I'm positive of that to which he got very rude and said no we charge you 20. He continued to be rude and argue with me so I simply gave him the $20 and send him along his way, asking him to never return again. Once he left the building I realized I had the receipt from the previous cleaning showing it was $15. So I walked out to his car and showed him the receipt, to which he had nothing to say, because clearly I was correct. I was treated rudely and poorly and told that I was wrong in front of a salon full of my clients. I would never recommend this company to anyone seeing their lack of professionalism.
