They (Darien and two ladies) showed up on time and were professional. The area we feel they excelled at was the kitchen. Everything looked brand new all stainless was spotless. The tile floors in our home were also done really well. Unfortunately there were things missed that we had to go back and clean. Considering the cost and hiring a professional service, it should be done right the first time. The ceiling fans were not dusted. There were several shelves upon inspection that still had dust on them and cabinet doors not cleaned. When doing the finger dust test in several areas, there still was work to do. It was 3 people for about 3 hours of work. I did have a time line which was agreed upon that all work could be done in. Maybe next time more time will be required in order to fulfill the required tasks. Darien did offer to return to clean missed areas but the missed areas were already cleaned by us.
