He came out the same day we spoke, gave a clear and honest assessment with photos/videos, and was easy to communicate with - flexible and responsive the whole way. He even followed up to make sure the roof was fully complete and pointed out other things he noticed, like a small foundation crack. The results speak for themselves: my siding, which was practically green, and a roof with moss now look almost new. It's rare to find someone so reliable, thorough, and ethical in the Poconos area. Made the mistake of hiring these people to pressure wash my house, concrete deck around the pool…read moreand deck. Wow what a mistake. Ended up with rocks in my pool, enough dirt in the pool that the filter has gotten clogged 3x and the pool is still cloudy. Burned all my hydrangeas with the chemicals they used. There are stains all over the siding and now pieces are coming off. When I brought this up to Joe , he first told me to wait for a storm to "wash it off", that's right, a storm to wash off what they did. Then after the storm didn't wash anything off, he blamed it on the old house! Which was built In1998 for the record. They charged me $1800 for this btw. Pics included. With so many options in the area, you would be insane to go with these guys.
