Pam in the office did all the legwork for my SaveGreen application and secured an interest free loan with them along with a $1500 rebate. She also answered all my concerns and follow up questions patiently. I waited an extra week for the install since Justin was on vacation and I am glad that I did. After the initial meeting with him, I knew it would be worth the wait. He and 2 others from Garon T came and did my install on a brutally hot day. All were pleasant and performed their respective tasks efficiently and in sync with each other. I had a doctor's appointment that I could not change and I left Justin to finish everything up and secure the house. With the team of 3 the install took less than 8 hours, which I thought was very impressive. My old outdated boiler and water heater were removed, taken away, and aside from a brand new unit on the wall of my garage, I couldn't even tell they were there. The next day I called the office with questions, and Justin called me back after hours to answer those questions. I assumed I would get a call back the next day, but I was called back within 20 minutes to my surprise. Justin came the next day as a followup and I had an issue that I believed was related to the install, but in fact Justin assured me it was not. I had explained that I had done a similar fix at a previous property and he said I would save about $400 if I did it myself. I bought the necessary parts and actually saved myself $350 in the end. This is a company that will not gouge you, and are there to help their customers for the long term. Not just a one and done. They have a lifelong customer in me, thanks to Justin and all that support him and the other techs out in the field.

He was also able to advocate for the work to both of our insurance providers, and though this ultimately wasn't successful, I still very much appreciated the thought that went into the very sound structural proposal. I can also say that both Tommy and Matthew dealt with me as a very frustrated customer in the beginning, largely due to previous interactions from other companies that were not helpful or responsive. Even still - they were able to calmly analyze the problem and suggest a permanent fix that should be stable for years to come. Also, a huge thanks to the whole crew of guys who left at 830 pm, after being here since 9am working nonstop to get as much done as soon as possible. I'm sure that the rain and snow melt didn't help! Normally, I would have fixed it myself, but was too weak to do so. I got on NextDoor, and someone was inquiring about plumbers, and William Archer and Sons were recommended several times. I took the chance and called them. This was on Saturday afternoon. Within an hour, Chris and Alex were at my door to fix the issue. They were quiet, clean with the repair, and had a disposal unit on their truck, so I did not have to go out and shop for one. I took advantage of that, and within two hours of their arrival, leaks and a broken unit were a thing of the past. I paid a bit extra of course as it was an emergency call and bought their unit (a well known brand) but I have solid peace of mind. Thank you guys!

Outstanding, Honest, Local Plumber - No Games, No Scare Tactics…read more I can't say enough good things about Murawski Plumbing & Heating / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Bob is exactly what you hope to find in a local tradesman--honest, calm, knowledgeable, and fair. Every time we've had an emergency plumbing issue, Bob has been incredibly responsive and professional. More importantly, he keeps my wife and me calm when things are stressful, explains what's going on in plain language, and then handles the problem correctly the first time. One thing that really speaks volumes about his professionalism is that he did not install our Navien combi system--that was already in place when we moved in, before we found him. Despite that, Bob had zero issue servicing and repairing the unit, diagnosing problems accurately and getting it back up and running without any finger-pointing or excuses. Bob has also handled sewer repairs for us, which are not easy jobs by any stretch. Our house is well over a century old and still has mostly copper sewer lines, something many plumbers either don't want to deal with or simply don't understand anymore. Bob knew exactly what he was working with and fixed the issues properly. Another thing that sets him apart--and matters more than people realize--is that he always cleans up and puts everything back exactly the way he found it. Even when wall access was required at the sewer end, everything was restored neatly and professionally. No mess, no shortcuts, no "that's someone else's problem now" attitude. What truly separates Bob from many larger companies is how he treats customers. He actually listens. He doesn't dismiss what you're seeing or experiencing, and he doesn't use scare tactics to push unnecessary work. He looks over the entire system and gives honest recommendations--what needs attention now, what can wait, and what doesn't need to be touched at all. His pricing has always been fair and transparent--no surprises, no inflated charges, and no pressure. Just solid workmanship and straight answers from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does. In a time when it's hard to know who to trust, Bob is one of those rare local professionals you feel confident calling again and again. If you want quality work, fast service, and respect for your home, Murawski Plumbing & Heating is the call to make. No substitution for quality--this business truly lives up to that motto. Highly recommended.
