The second appointment we mapped out what I need to do and I brought in all my existing supplements and which ones I should be getting rid of and which ones I should still be taking. Having 2 kids, a husband and a full time 50+ hour a week job I needed help from the extra stress I was putting on my body. I was a vegan for 1 1/2 years before seeing Dr. Giordano hoping that changing my diet would cure what the stress was doing to my body. Since seeing Dr. Giordano I have realized our food supply is lacking and I cut out most sugar and grains but added back in healthy meat, fish & veggies since consulting with him.
