After attending a few weddings over the past years and keeping a close eye on the photo booth quality, Live Image Photo Booth came out on top. Other rental companies do not compare. This vendor is worth the price. They offer different pricing options (standard, premium, and ultimate). I chose the Standard Open Air Booth Package, which includes 2 hrs of photo service, unlimited photos, custom graphic design, choice of backdrop, party props, online gallery, free delivery, and manned or unmanned operation. The awesome thing is that it is highly customizable to your event. You can add additional hrs. You can add unlimited prints. I highly recommend this add-on, so everyone in the photo can bring one home. (Pro tip: Extra prints can be placed in your guestbook.) There are many print layouts you can choose from. We went with a festive polka-a-dot layout with my and my husband's names and our wedding date. Similarly, there are a lot of various backdrops offered. They have glittery ones and different metallic streamers. Our event host was very professional and polite throughout the night. Folks got a little drunk at our wedding and he was very accommodating and made everyone comfortable in front of the camera. At one point, one of my guests fell on the backdrop, but he immediately fixed it and the show moved on. After my wedding, I realized I only had a few photo prints of my own and was devastated. I emailed Mike to see if he would print some for me. To my surprise, he printed ALL of them. I stuck every photo on the remaining pages of my guestbook. Overall, I highly recommend this photo booth rental company. It's all-around high quality and great customer service. You cannot go wrong with booking them for your event.

We had been in the hunt for a photobooth for many months for our wedding, and couldn't find any with the right combination of booth (we wanted it to hold at least five people), price, and quality. We also wanted one that provided props, printed photo strips for our guests, and provided a CD for us at the end with all our images. Sai came through big time on all counts, without some of the ridiculous markups we had with other photobooth quotes ($100 for props, really??). He was responsive and easy to work with in the initial scheduling/contract phase, and got back in touch without us hounding him to help us work out some set-up logistics as well as square away the custom graphic for our photo strip in the weeks before the wedding. On the day of, we walked into a perfect set up with no snags, and were happy to see guests already making use of the booth. We weren't sure whether people would actually use it much, but it was a huge hit and was just packed with people all night. One of the greatest things Sai did was track down myself and my bride to be sure we got a photo set together, and it resulted in one of our favorite shots of the night (nothing like a bride in a Viking hat, I always say). The photo CD came in a few weeks later, just as promised, and we had a great time seeing the tons of fun our guests had throughout the night (including several groups of eight packed in there!). I would absolutely recommend Krazee Photobooth/Swag for any and all of your photobooth needs. Sai was mellow and easygoing in dealings with him, but responsive and professional to the core. And the product, from the actual booth itself, to the props, to the photos themselves, really and truly speaks for itself. It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.

This is the only time of year we all get to come together in person and party it up, so having these photobooth memories truly means the world. Their staff were extremely patient as the drinks were flowing and we tried to cram way too many people in one photo lol. Each photo print-out had 3 snaps/poses and I must say -- the lighting was on point! We received the online gallery the next day which was shared with everyone to download and save their photos. Very quick turnaround! I'd highly recommend SnapFiesta for any event in the Bay Area.
