I was kind of hesitant when the girlfriend said she wanted to add a photo-booth to our already overweight budget of a wedding, but it turned out to be a highlight of the night! Kids loved it and the adults even more. Steve helped us set up the booth and manned it the whole night. We asked for 3 hours but we had to go over a bit so that our guests could each get a turn. By the booth are wacky glasses, ties, and wigs for you to pursue your crazier side. The photo booth itself lets you take four pictures, so plan accordingly. A small strip of the pictures gets printed immediately! Everyone gets a souvenir, and we (the happily married couple) got an album of all their photos. They are friendly, responsive, and professional. After the banquet, they sent us a link for all our photos. It was definitely an awesome add-on to the night. Specialty Photobooth provided the photobooth for our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved it and the photos are a real riot. The people working the booth were professional and fun. The props were great and the quality of the photo prints was of much better quality compared to some I've seen from other booths. The guestbook made from the prints from the booth is something we will look through repeatedly. Steve was easy to work with and quickly answered all our questions. One of the many highlights of my wedding was the fantastic photo booth from Specialty. Steve and crew was easily the best vendor that I dealt with. I wish I could say the same about some of the others... Highlights: 1. Reliable -answered all calls, emails, text quickly, if not immediately. Only one word can truly describe Specialty Photo Booth and the service they provide....AWESOME! Through a recommendation from my sister, we contacted Steve to see if Specialty would be available to host a photo booth at our wedding in the Bay Area. We are so glad that there was a team available because working with Specialty was a true pleasure for us (which is especially important when the stresses of planning a wedding kick in). Steve was always extremely quick to respond to all the questions we had and was so accommodating to all of our requests for the big day. We really wanted the template of our photo strip to match the wedding theme we used on our save the date cards ("Love is MIGHTY") and Steve helped us design a customized strip with all the elements we wanted. The day of the event, the staffing team was on time and had the booth ready and running as guests arrived. They even helped us hold the booth from running during special hours (i.e. MOH speech, Best Man speech, first dance, etc) during the reception. There were so many fun props that the crew brought and all of our guests were raving about how fun the booth was, the friendliness of the staff and how great it was to have a photo strip guestbook provided to share all the memories with us. Another great highlight was Steve was able to have the online gallery available for us and our guests to view in just a few days after the wedding! Specialty Photo booth was an absolute hit at our September 4th wedding!! All of our guests were raving about how much fun they had taking photos in the booth. The staff were very professional and helpful as they let us choose from various samples of what the photo strip layout would look like once printed in addition to letting us use our personalized wedding monogram. There were so many prop choices that our guests could choose from...hats, large bowties, funny sunglasses, leis, wigs, mustaches, etc. The attendants were extremely helpful and friendly as they made sure our guests were taken care of. The photo booth was easy to use since guests just press one button and shoot four different poses. The photo strips are high quality and sharp. We loved the scrapbook that Specialty Photo booth provided which highlighted our guests' photos and messages. Just by looking at the photos, we knew our guests had a blast as they made some hilarious poses. We appreciated how staff posted the photos on their website so that we could share the photo strips with all our guests. Yay first reviewer! We used Specialty Photobooth for our wedding and they definitely exceeded our expectations! The photobooth was a great addition to the entertainment and all our guests really enjoyed being able to take home a picture of themselves from the wedding. I was really excited to get a photo booth at our Alameda winery reception. I probably looked into at least ten different photo booth companies. Specialty Photo Booth exceeded my expectations on all of the things that mattered to me: 1) quality and design of the photos I worked off of Steve's designs but made some changes that worked for us. Steve and I went over probably a dozen different designs before we got the perfect design, color, and yes... even font. He was incredibly patient w/ me and creative. 2) cost If you look closely at these other companies, their initial cost may be lower but the bottom line cost is higher than one would expect. These companies charge for props, a photobook, etc. Specialty's price is one price. No gimmics or hidden costs. 3) reliability They set up on time, coordinated with the venue, and responded to each and every request promptly. 4) professionalism/attention to detail From the beginning, they asked the right questions and clearly knew what they were doing. Not only that, Steve and his crew were so respectful, fun, and trustworthy. I really do not have a single complaint about the experience. At the end, he provided us w/ a website link that our friends/family could see. Having a photo booth was one of the best features of the reception. Specialty photobooth was AMAZING!!! I had my wedding on September 10th, 2011 and Steve helped me come up with a personalized design and everyone loved it. It was a last addition to our wedding and we've received the most comments about it. Everyone had such a fun time in the photobooth and they could not stop talking about for weeks! We used Specialty Photobooth for our wedding at the recommendation from friends. They were definitely a big hit! The owner, Steve, was easy to work with and extremely responsive to emails. Karen and Mike ran the booth at our wedding and they were friendly, encouraged our guests to keep coming back to take more photos, and put together a wonderful guestbook for us.
