Riley took the sour end of my experience with a Macy's manager named Ann who has nothing to do with the Brow Bar, and I will be contacting Macy's to let them know of my experience with her. Again my previous review should really be to Macy's and not directed at Riley or the Brow Bar. The rating given here is for the Brow Bar & Riley, because if for Macy's it would be less than 1.

Amazing Visit!! Will post pictures soon…read more First off Sidney at the front desk was the most well informed recieptionst ive encounterd! It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! Dr. Hickman is beyond professional and efficient! When i tell you i had zero pain during this procedure i am not lying.. i would not even give it a 1 on the pain scale. ( the procedure i had done was filler to help fill the scar and lift the skin and overtime potentially help collagen start building back in the area) I am no longer ugly and back to normal. I recommend them for sure!! Thank you guys

This was genuinely one of the worst medical experiences my mother and I have ever had…read more From the moment we walked in, the entire office felt cold, dismissive, and incredibly rude. The receptionist and assistant were both abrasive and unwelcoming, but the dermatologist herself was by far the worst part of the experience. (Dr. Martha Hickmann) During the exam, she SCRATCHED my mother's irritated skin with her bare fingernails while examining the area. Not only was this incredibly uncomfortable, but it also felt completely unsanitary and unprofessional. There was no warning, no gentleness, and no respect for basic bedside manner. Her overall attitude throughout the appointment was shockingly condescending. Every question we asked was met with snarky, dismissive responses as if we were stupid for asking normal medical questions. When my mother asked about potential scarring from a procedure, the doctor sarcastically replied, "Every surgical procedure causes a scar," in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle rather than educate. Instead of offering reassurance or a thoughtful explanation, she acted irritated that she even had to answer. The entire appointment felt rushed and careless. Rather than explaining anything clearly or showing confidence and expertise, she seemed to just throw random possibilities around without much insight or certainty. It genuinely felt like guessing rather than informed medical care. What made the experience even worse was how physically invasive and disrespectful she was. She repeatedly put her hands on people without asking, handled irritated skin aggressively, and showed absolutely no awareness of patient comfort whatsoever. There is a massive difference between being direct and being rude, and this office crossed that line repeatedly. We left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and honestly upset by how unnecessarily demeaning the entire interaction was. I would absolutely never recommend this dermatologist or this office to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, or respectful care. The entire experience was awful from start to finish.

STAY AWAY... On October 3rd I went to Salon Loft in…read moreKettering OH to get a haircut. My appointment was at 2pm with Victoria Bond. I had a meeting earlier and had to rush to make it on time. When I went there it was 1:58pm, I waited in lobby since she told me that she would come to "greet" me there. She didn't come out, so I sent the following text at exactly 2pm, that means I was on time. Once she got my text she came out and took me in. she talks a lot and most of them are about telling me how extraordinary she is vs others. My problem started after the cut (she didn't even cut however much I told her to cut). She said curly hair should never be washed before the cut but should be after the cut. So, she started washing my hair, but the chair did not have something that supports the neck. So, my neck started hurting, she told me to stretch my legs forward to support my neck. I did but it didn't help. I clenched my teeth and tried to tolerate the pain. It didn't help so asked her it is really hurting then she put a towel to support my neck. She said she has a client that is 92 years old and "when she can tolerate that we should be able to tolerate it" and took off the towel to wash with water. Anyway, after excruciating pain for about 20 minutes, I was done. It was time to pay, I asked her how much is it? She said $90 and said normally it is $80 but since you came late, I am charging you extra 10. I was flabbergasted to hear that a simple (mine is short hair) will cost so much (never paid more than 45 in my life). She stood right beside me, very close breathing on my neck, and gave me the machine to input, and told me "Tip" so I had to put 18% tip. Everything together costed me 112.50 or something like that because she never sent me the bill. I was so devastated that I couldn't even think straight, I just paid 112.50ish for simple haircut. I couldn't sleep the whole night. When I got up this morning that is 4th October my neck was hurting and couldn't turn my neck, and it was bruised and swollen. The pain caused me to have a fever. Now I have a fever and my neck hurts. I believe this lady is so unfair with the pricing and she doesn't even have a proper chair for the customers. Today is dec 18th, so I can tell that I had neck pain for 2 weeks and couldn't drive for a week. Luckily I work from home so managed somehow.
