It gives me great pleasure to award FIVE STARS to Parthavi and her staff at Sign My Signs!!! Last month, they completed our official SBC banner for our Labor Day bonfire event. I thought about making generic signs for our event. But since the crew is now well over 200 Yelpers, it was time to shine with an official banner. I designed our logo in Adobe Photoshop and quickly sent my image to Parthavi. In a matter of days, they were able to present the exact requirements for our banner. Our banner inspiration came from MTV's ABDC (American's Best Dance Crew). Parthavi had no problem creating our custom banner and making look as real as the one on MTV. The end result was marvelous as John Michael, Cobber, and I raised the banner at our bonfire event. We needed 1 for the outside of the house and 1 for the back of the house. I went to Sign My Signs for decals to replace some details on a few of my old Real Estate Open House A-Frames, and found the communication, service, turn-around time and follow through all fantastic. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that while the decal prices, in my case, were in the right ball-park, prices for some of the other items (like folk A-Frames) seemed more than a tad on the high-side. They are a very small office in a commercial area, and from what I saw, there are 3 people that work in the office- all of which were extremely kind, helpful and prompt with response. I work for a small start up, and was assigned to order the signage for our new build. 2 monument signs and 1 bolted sign on the building. I had no experience doing this in the past, but Parthavi and her team held my hand the entire time. I cannot begin to express how helpful they were. Drawing out every step in the process, going to the city with me to get the permits stamped.... and even taking additional time to go down to the city for me when I couldn't. Multiple e mails text and phone call goes un answered after a promise to get it repaired asap. Meanwhile 3 weeks later still no communication. Have no idea how he has so many positive reviews.
