The first time she came there were a few places missed that were not clean, but I was home and able to show her the missing spots so she was able to clean them before she left. It didn't look like any of the floors or stairs had actually been vacuumed, there was soap scum all over the master shower, and a thin layer of dust still on two of the bathroom counters. I sent her a message and she offered to come back to clean again but I after I discussed with my husband we decided to pay more for a solid cleaning service instead of having her come back.
