Had a paint correction and ceramic detail completed, car was not ready when went to pick up,…read morereminded them that engine needed cleaned and the acted surprised, this was listed on the quote as included. When I went to pick up the windows were dirty with handprints on both inside and out. This was corrected but the statement was made-"it's on the inside"--okay??? The quote stated all windows cleaned inside and out. Overall am satisfied but I should not have to point these items out to be corrected, especially for the cost of $600+

I am not looking for a refund or anything like that, I am just sharing my experience. After getting an appointment set in advance for 10 am, I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours. I ended up finally getting the car at 6 pm. 45 minutes prior to this, an employee, who I was told was "in training" pulled the car up front for a final inspection. The senior employee immediately realized the car needed extra work and set about doing it. I was given explanations that they were overbooked and that a person in training had handled the majority of the detail. The problem was, the "details" were not handled. Even after pointing out several issues and having them corrected, more problems were clear. After 8 hours, I just wanted to leave. I was offered a 5% discount and given a few apologies, which were appreciated. My main concern is that they allowed an employee in training to handle a detail with minimal oversight due to being overbooked. I will include photos of the issues and let those reading decide if the work is up to the standards that a $170 detail should require. Sadly, I do not believe I will be able to give additional business to Kool Rides despite the kind people who run the place. I will pay the premium and go to Manhattan Auto Spa.

They've gone above and beyond to remove some pretty gnarly gunk off of my cars--things I didn't even expect them to address ie a glitter bomb all through the back of the car, an entire family size box of junior mints melted underneath the seat, and wood scratches on the outside of my car that I honestly thought I'd have to file an insurance claim to take care of. Also, I was involved in a small fender bender that left scratches all along my bumper. The insurance estimate to take care of it was $600! These guys buffed it out at no extra cost. You can't even see the scratches anymore! Just. Wow.

I think they should offer a discount if a vehicle only needs minor work. The way their pricing goes, if the interior needs a vacuum and a little surface cleaning, it would be the same price as if the car was full of junk, needed major vacuum and carpet cleaning etc. Just a thought. As far as the actual results, they were satisfying. I received detailed explanations of what work was performed and a follow up call and card in the mail from the owner. Good attention to customer service. I will plan on bringing my cars here in the future if they need the touch of professionals.

There was a little miscommunication so instead of the 39 minute Express service, it took an hour and a half, but he did some extra stuff in the car so it all worked out. There is no place to really hang out here while you wait, as the closest place would be Cheba Hut or King Soopers, so I had to shlep my wife and three kids somewhere while the work was being done. Bust still not a huge deal. The quality of the cleaning was pretty great, especially compared to Casey's which always does a super mediocre job. For $39.95 not a bad deal if you are willing to find a place to hang out for a while, though it doesn't include an exterior wash. If you want to get an exterior wash, you'll need to use the manual wash there or go elsewhere. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but Josh was really nice so we'll bump it to 4.
