I called my Retina doctor in Medford, OR, who said I needed to be seen by an ophthalmologist asap. He and I researched that there was an ophthalmologist (maybe the only one!) located in Jackson, WY. I called Dr. Ramsay's office at 7:15am. I was able to be seem at 10am that day. After my exam, he referred me to a retina specialist in Idaho Falls, ID, about 90 miles away. It took them two weeks to receive my contacts for me whereas I could get them from 1800 Contacts with overnight delivery. Went to pick up long-awaited (2 weeks) contacts on New Year's Eve day after hearing on their voicemail that they were open. Arrived to find that they were closed. Worse part? Nothing done on their end to make amends. A simple "Oh, I'm so sorry here, let me give you 10% off for your troubles" would have gone a long way. Instead, I asked for a refund for the contacts and ordered them online. They will be here in 24 hours. You lost a customer over a Customer Service 101 fail.
