I spoke with Lindsey about a bi-weekly cleaning of our home. She explained that on the first visit…read moreshe does a deep cleaning. Lindsey did a good job cleaning, but it is not what I call a deep cleaning. In my opinion, the price she charged was too high for the work that was completed. To me, during a deep clean, the furniture and items on tables are moved, shelves and pictures get dusted, etc. None of this was done. Additionally, simple items were left unattended - a bathroom mirror, stairs, bathroom countertops, etc. On the positive side, Lindsey was punctual, hard-working and personable. She did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen cabinets and the house smells great!

On the day she and her crew were to come to my home to do the job, we waited ... and we waited...and then waiting some more. As a matter of fact, we are still waiting! We tried to reach her via text and by calling her cell phone. To no avail. To this date, we have not received a phone call back, a note, NOTHING offering an explanation as to why she did not come to her appointment. Would not recommend her company to do anything for me or anyone else I know under any circumstance.

Each year, I would look up at our home and see more green ick on the siding and think, "That's so…read moreskanky. We need to do something about that." Then I'd hang my head in shame and see how atrocious the patio looked too. Eww. Thank goodness we finally reached out to Brandy and Adam to give us an estimate and get an appointment in the books. I'm thankful for their flexibility and that they we're able to move our appointment around to accommodate our ever changing schedule with getting our home on the market. Then throw in the social distancing...basically they handled it like pros. Go figure, they're former military so they more than get it! Normally, I'd be at home to ensure everything went smoothly, maybe keep a watchful eye...okay keep a watchful eye but I was totally comfortable with my husband being the "point person" for this job. All that to say, we're kind up to our ears in painting and prepping the home and we TRUST these guys to do a great job...and they did. No helicopter mom skills needed! I was shocked at how clean they got everything, like I said it was skanky. I highly recommend them and I'm going to add their business to the list of preferred companies we worked with to get our house selling for top dollar dollar bill, ya'll.

This time, friendly answer on the phone, appointment set- no show, no call. I called, was told by same lady who set the appointment, she would get in touch w the guy who was suppose to come do the carpet and call me back. Didn't call back. I called again, she said he was on the other line and would call me back. Has not called me back. The guy was suppose to be the owners son. What kind of business is that? Owner needs to step back in, because the son is ruining it. I called the other Chem Dry in N. Augusta and was told that they are always getting the same complaints from people about the Chem Dry here in Augusta. Don't expect them to show up, is my advice. IF they do, you got lucky. Shameful.
