Unprofessional, below par cleaning and sent us an invoice for more than quoted. I hired them to do a clean out of the house. We specifically mentioned things we wanted clean. Needless to say it was a shabby job. The company did go back and re-clean and we were told it was better. I am fine with that but the house was not that bad they could not get it right the 1st time. In general unprofessional with how and when they contacted us. My suggestion is to skip them and find someone else to clean your house. read more

Disappointing service. Tried twice. First time they left areas with dust and dirt. Second time we asked for masks. (Luckily we discovered Aaro Kleen services who thoroughly cleaned our condo with "attention to detail."). Cleanology arrived and When I opened the front door the owner, Chantal did not have a mask. Her assistant had one and Chantal said that was all that was needed. From previous visit, she knew we were seniors. I explained that we were more at risk. I gave her one of my masks but I could tell she was reluctant to wear it. Service industry needs to respect their paying clients. They left bathroom sink uncleaned. Also they changed position of shower curtain. It was a struggle for us to re position bar with dual side curtain. They should have spoken to us (we were outside on deck). Very unprofessional and inappropriate. We previously had a team of two (in another city) that was exemplary and professional and had that team for 8 years. Miss that high level of service we previously experienced. We are not perfectionists. We just want a clean condo and belongings in the same place when they arrived (didn't happen). read more

We have used Chantal and Cleanology for at least a dozen homes, they also clean our office now. They work with us on construction clean outs and have done the best job of any service we have used. The houses are ready to sell when they leave. I appreciate that they contact me with anything they notice at the property during the cleaning that we may have missed, they are flexible with our scheduling and always get the job done (well) at the time promised. The owner personally checks the work her crew does each time which is a big plus and shows she cares. In our business, having to make someone go back to do the job costs us time and money, this is something we don't need to worry about with Cleanology. read more

I have hired this company and allowed them to clean my home for almost two years and when the owners of the company came out to clean they did a good job and were very friendly, hence why I used their cleaning services for so long. However, as time went on they started sending different girls to come clean my home and the cleaning quickly started to become very poor. I gave them chance after chance to correct the problem but it was clear that the owners could not find qualified girls to provide a quality service to clean my home nor did the owners of the company want to keep my business that they had for almost two years as they skipped the last two scheduled cleanings and did not communicate with me at all. Was very surprised how they handled this situation and their business. I have many pictures to show the lack of cleaning quality that was provided to me towards the end. I would just suggest homeowners beware if you get the owners you will most likely get a good clean, if it's not the owners then you might end up with a questionable and poor cleaning like I got. read more

Cleanology bailed us out of a jam! We had tenants scheduled to arrive at our rental in 4 hours and a scheduling error with our usual person. Living out of state we were calling all the companies with either no answer or no way to help. Chantal was so professional and helpful and got the job done beautifully!
