Besides the fact that the price was the same as Lowe's and Home Depot, the old fashioned service was a huge selling point. The installers were incredibly polite and efficient. I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with Tuffy's Appliance in Santa…read moreMaria has been very disappointing. I purchased multiple refrigerator units from them for rental properties, and within the first five months, both units experienced recurring freezer issues multiple times. To their credit, the company did send someone out and attempted to diagnose the problems, which I appreciated. However, once it became clear that the issues were ongoing and not easily resolved, I was essentially told there was nothing more they were willing or able to do. No replacement options, no meaningful solution, and no real effort to stand behind the products they sold. As a customer who purchased multiple units and tried to work through the process professionally and patiently, I expected a higher level of accountability and customer support. Unfortunately, I was left feeling completely on my own with defective appliances and no resolution. That experience is why I'm leaving a one-star review.
