Prior to deciding on the exchange, we dealt with Gabe and Zac at the Paso store. These two gentlemen were wonderful to deal with and took very good care of us. We decided to go with a Speed queen but unfortunately, they were almost a month out. At this point we've been without a washer for five weeks, when I relayed that to Gabe, he hooked us up with a loaner washing machine, had it delivered and hooked up for us. Our new Speed queen was delivered yesterday, the delivery team was wonderful, all good to go. Idlers came through, and we appreciate it!

(That things been a POS since day one to be honest) I reached out to the buyers to see if they had a preference on brand and color and they insisted on anything top of the line & white. Unfortunately most of our Central Coast stores including Lowe's, Home Depot, and Best Buy stock very few white units and the ones that do stock are really low end. As a last resort I called Idlers and had a pleasure speaking with I believe Ron, a very nice gentleman I met a few minutes later after he checked inventory and promptly called me back as promised. He not only had a top-of-the-line whirlpool available, but made arrangements to have it delivered and installed the very next day at a very reasonable cost. Sure I could've picked a stainless steel unit up at Lowe's and hauled it home and then have to hire somebody to come and put it in and I might have saved $50 but the fact that Ron was willing to go above and beyond, locate the inventory, confirm that it was there and available and then circle back to me so quick to complete the transaction was very much appreciated. I'm already stressed out from this house sale, and this was the last thing I needed, so I was very appreciative of Idlers help and getting my house to pass inspection

No replacement options, no meaningful solution, and no real effort to stand behind the products they sold. As a customer who purchased multiple units and tried to work through the process professionally and patiently, I expected a higher level of accountability and customer support. I was given a four hour window and I was notified how many people were ahead of me. I received a call from the delivery person that the would be arriving at a certain time and they did. They uninstalled my old appliances, assembled the new appliance pedestals and hoses and installed all. The tested for water leaks and made sure the dryers heater initiated. The two drivers/installers were terrific. I definitely will go to Home Depot for appliances in the future!

Lucy asked me to give her a few days to work the issue and what we were after was a store credit so I can purchase a new unit. Within a weeks time, Lucy called me. She stated i will be getting a store credit and I can come down as early as that upcoming weekend to purchase another washer. I went down to Idlers that following Saturday and was in and out with a new Speed Queen. it arrived that following Tuesday, I couldn't be happier, Thank you again, Lucy, for making it happen! We will be back, very pleased with the effort Lucy put in to get us the credit but also the short time it took to get us the new washer.

Even though this was a late time frame during business hours, I still kept my end of the deal and attended the Zoom meeting to help improve the Farm Supply Company from a potential customers standpoint. I did rate the company honestly and gave feedback as to how Farm Supply can improve customer acquisition. The WARNING to potential customers is to be Very WEARY and CAUTIOUS about the Farm Supply Company in general! I say this because The Farm Supply Company has not paid me until now 4/21/2025! I want to reiterate that I did the survey meeting with a representative of the Farm Supply Company way back in 2/27/2025! The third party agency that connected me to rate the Farm Supply has made multiple attempts to have the company pay me a small incentive for my time doing the Zoom survey.
