So a booking was made an hour ago and we're expecting the cleaners at lunchtime. I believe that the results will be good, the carpets and also the varnished wooden floor will be cleaned to a level of perfection. Now, I will go with Lucy for a sandwich in the near Subway or may be in Kelly's. Both places are welcoming and you can order tasty food. It is too early for Indian food, so we won't go to Taste of India. Undoubtedly, it is another good restaurant in the Aldgate area.

My experience with this company isn't really that recent (about 4 months ago) but I would like to…read moreshare it so that other can benefit from that. To be honest this was my first time using a carpet cleaning company since I only have two carpets which are in the guest room and there is rarely anyone there so with little maintenance I've managed to keep it looking rather good. At least that was until a friend of mine asked me to look after her German shepherd for a week while she's on a business trip. I decided that the guess room will be the perfect place for it to play since there isn't any expensive furniture there. So the week passed the dog was gone but my carpets were full of dog hair and smelled a little bit bad. It was obvious that I couldn't deal with that myself so I called a relative and he recommended to call this company. So I did and they came knocking the next morning. The first thing that made a huge impression was the modern looking equipment the two guys came with. After a quick chat with one of them, they went straight to work. It took them less than an hour to restore the appeal of my carpets and that dog odour was no where to be found. I have to give them a four star rating because when I talked with their customer care I explicitly stated that I would like them to use Scotchgard after they are done cleaning but they didn't. They eventually applied it but not without me asking them 2 times. Apart from that I would like to thank them for the job well done and for making my first encounter with such a service a rather pleasant one.
