Professional and friendly service! I am so glad I heard about this company through another social media site (NextDoor.com). With a toddler and disabled elderly adult in my household, the services Cleaner Can provides is essential., especially during the hot summer months. It saves me the hassle of figuring out how to clean my dirty, smelly cans! The first week I enlisted for service, my cans were mistakenly brought back in the garage by my daughter who had forgotten I told her to leave them out after collection. That same evening, much to my surprise, I received a call from the owner, Doug, letting me know that my cans were missed earlier. He asked if I had received a confirmation e-mail the day prior to service. I was pleasantly surprised because I did not expect such a high level of service. Even if the company is large, the call symbolized to me that Cleaner Can cares about their customers. Doug assured me that I would be taken care of and put on the schedule for the following week. I couldn't believe how patient he was with me. Personally, I would've been annoyed at the unnecessary service call in this heat. Today, my trash bin was sparkly clean and looks like it did the first day I received it. My second can was missing, but I will contact the trash company to see if something went awry there. The engagement handle on one of my bins is notorious for coming loose and perhaps they took it. I was only charged for one can cleaning anyways, so there is no issue there. That never happened and we weren't contacted to be made aware that we weren't going to be receiving services. read more
