My XL breed dog has been experiencing some incontinence due to her meds and while I was out of town, had some accidents in the living room and dining room. Reached out to Chris and they were SO fast to schedule and pick up both rugs. It does take about a week for deep cleaning, so just to manage anyone's unrealistic expectations there ahead of time, but it's so worth the wait. Big note that Chris is super friendly, incredibly mindful (knocks so quietly as to not freak my dogs out) and kept all my building entry info so he just arrives at my door. I really appreciate the extra attention to detail as a customer. So White Carpet is definitely now on my quarterly deep cleaning list to keep my rugs looking brand new.
