He also did not bring anyone to move my furniture as advertised. There was no "deodorizer" offered as advertised! Yes my carpets were very dirty (kids and dogs) which is the reason I paid for a professional service. After he left and I was able to thoroughly inspect my rugs, I realized they definitely were not cleaned with professional quality. I sent him a message and he said his professional steamer was broke. So he rented a rug doctor because he had to "do what he has to do". He offered a full refund. I told him I wasn't looking for the money but for him to come back with the appropriate equipment and help. He said he couldn't and would refund the money! He then said my carpet needs replaced. I just want what was advertised! I told him to just refund half so he'd still be paid for his time. I never received any type of refund from him and he has stopped all communication.
