Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! I will likely book again the next time I require a deep cleaning.

I regularly clean my home. Just the basics, yes, but I am a clean person. I called this company requesting a deep cleaning. I was dissatisfied with the first round. They did not vacuum, there were areas that went untouched. They came back the next day and still I had to go back and clean over what they supposedly cleaned. I would have been okay with the result had it just been a regular cleaning, but I requested a deep clean. We discussed expectations. The following week, the manager or whoever gets into a nasty text confrontation. How incredibly unprofessional. She starts putting blame on us instead of openly discussing what the issue was. She basically just brushed us off. We then get the bill and they wrote the same nasty remarks, putting blame again on the customer. When you are being paid for a service, you are not doing a favor. There are other companies out there that would NEVER tolerate the that level unprofessionalism. I almost forgive not "deep cleaning." There could have been miscommunication. However I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a way. Really insulting and pretty crazy to get into it over text. I felt like I was in high school. Never using this company again. They need to learn to be less argumentative and to be professional with clients.
