As an update to my previous review, the owner had my Google review (exact copy of what's posted here) flagged for discriminatory content. Here is his response: Response from the ownerin the last week Mr. callen. Your review has been flagged to Google as Hate speech. And we ask Google to remove it immediately per Googles review and content policy Hate Speech: We don't allow reviews that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. It is true that we are a Christian based company and proud of it and proud to serve all of our customers no matter their belief in Christianity or not. What you said above is not true. I told you that my brother and myself are Christians. You were the one that told me that you would not do business with us because - your quote, we are scum bag Christians. In fact sir it is you that is racist against Christians. We also ask Google to bar you from leaving any reviews on our website per your hatred against Christians. Nowhere in my review was I discriminatory; I simply stated what I was told by him. Neither during my conversation with him, nor my review, did I never refer to him as scum bag Christian. I clearly wrote "...scum bag who will proudly discriminate against non-religious and non-Christian groups." I never spoke ill of any religion (to include Christianity) in my review or while on the phone. I simply said that I cannot do business with a company who utilizes discriminatory practices. I have no qualms with a company that founds themselves on "religious values" (I'm not even sure what that means). What I have an issue with is companies that use religion to blatantly discriminate against others, while calling it "religious freedom." Lastly, Jim, I do not personally discriminate against any religious groups. Your response claimed that I am "racist" against Christians. I was not aware that Christianity was now a race, but I guess it's hard to keep up with all of the changes going on in the world these days. read more

A polite and prompt service company. Though the owner does seem long winded when speaking over the phone he was nothing but polite while speaking to me. He gave me an up front estimate on a per room basis which gave me a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The actual quote was relatively close to what I had estimated and seemed like a fair rate when compared against estimates from other carpet cleaning companies. The owner was very flexible with me when I informed him that I had an appointment that I had forgot about the day of the cleaning and he came by later in the day in order to complete the cleaning. The service was quick and thorough and the people providing the service were respectful and accommodating. read more

Jimmy is an amazing person. At 8 pm last night we called him because our washing machine overflowed and flooded about half of my house. He came over and got the water out of the carpet, did a mold prevention treatment on the carpeting and padding, and left us a blower to use to finish drying everything out. When he left at midnight we asked what the bill was and all he said was Merry Christmas. It left me in tears. He has cleaned carpets for me several times and each time he has done amazing work. He treats every home with care and will not leave until you are completely satisfied with his work. I will continue to be a return customer. read more

I have had Clean Touch out to my home a few times now and I have never been disappointed. I have pets and after about 6 months, no matter how clean you try to be, sometimes a "pet smell" can take over. When they come out, they leave my carpet smelling fresh and looking better than ever. I have tried to clean the carpet on my own in the past but it always felt kinda crunchy to the touch after. I haven't had that issue since I started working with Clean Touch. I am so sad that we are moving away from the Killeen area because now I am going to have to try to find a new carpet company. :( read more

I've got to say that this is one of the finest carpet services I had in a long time! They are very professional and thorough and the owner Jimmy is very nice and informative he was very helpful in showing me some GREAT tips on "carpet maintainance" and on how to speed up the drying process by putting on the ceiling fans and all. The carpet looks better than when I moved in! Best price and wonderful service. These guys are thorough and will not rip you off. They do a great job. I am so pleased with the work.
