Sometimes they'd come back another day and grab it, most of the time they wouldn't. I'd get bill credits for the weeks. I cancelled in December 2024 after they did it again and was told twice that I'd get a refund check in the mail for the week of service since a credit wouldn't do me any good anymore. Today, 4/10/25 I get a text saying their boss said there is no weekly refunds because they are a monthly service company. Biggest bs I've ever heard. I called and filed a complaint with the state PSC. I switched to Quality Sanitation and have never had a single issue with them. STAY AWAY from Haul Away Trash.

Thursday came and I received a text message from AJ stating he was behind schedule (it was pouring rain that day) and he had to replace a tire on his trailer. He asked if he could reschedule to Friday and we agreed. Friday came and he didn't show. We sent two texts to him asking for a time frame and neither text was delivered. He must have blocked our number before we even attempted to reach out to him on Friday. Be aware if you schedule him to do any work for you, he may not show up.
