This was my first time using the dry cleaners because the dress said dry clean only, and since it was my graduation dress I didn't want to mess it up. I rate a 2/5 because although the dress is clean, the price is ridiculous in my opinion and each time they called me I was getting ready for work or at work and instead of waiting for a call back they just came to pick it up and I had to rush upstairs to get it (why give a time window and just call and show up without a response) and drop it off without knowing if I was home or not... a family member had to pay for it since I was at work since they dropped it off late night at 6pm... Since this was my first time using the dry cleaners it's sad to say it wasn't a good experience. I always try to support small businesses, but not when it feels like they're trying to get a one over. I found another dry cleaner that priced the cleaning at $20... ultimately just super annoyed I paid the price of 2 dresses.
