Both Crystal and Vanessa were very responsive to my emails and flexible with a small, last-minute changes I needed to make in terms of date/timing and entry instructions. It was easy and clear what each of the cleaning options where, as well as the additions you could choose. We added on cleaning inside the fridge and cabinets, which was totally worth it. The cleaners arrived on time and let themselves in via the lock box we left for them. When we returned to see how the cleaning went, we were very pleased! Everything felt so fresh - just what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

I had explained that my mom was coming home from the hospital and that I wanted the floors, bathrooms, and her bedroom...including the ceiling fan and walls cleaned thoroughly to help reduce the risk of infection. Seeing the ceiling fan dusted above her bed worried me because dust could fall onto it. The trash can in the bathroom was not emptied. Dust was left on my mother's bed from the ceiling fan, not cool. They did not clean under anything, they cleaned around things. If you're considering this service, be aware that it appears to focus on dusting and vacuuming rather than the detailed cleaning or disinfection I was looking for. Unfortunately, nothing was left feeling particularly "sparkly" to me.

Our floors were never touched, and if they cleaned the desks, they would leave a film behind, from their so called "enviro cloths". Even when we left obvious signs of attention for them, they seemed completely oblivious to it. Face to face contact with the account manager, made me feel like she was tired of hearing our complaints. She would always respond with, "so they (cleaning crew) could pay more attention to this area." It was infuriating to hear that after I told her straight out, that I didn't think the floors were being touched at all! A better job? How about doing the job at all! We feel this company is good for one thing, emptying the waste basket. Don't expect any results. In fact, there were several instances of water left running all night or standing water on the warehouse floors!! You know it's bad when you have to clean up after the cleaning crew!!
