While the inside fell to our capable hands, the exterior needed a professional and we found just the team! After their on time arrival (a rarity these days), Tony introduced himself, explained the process, answered my questions, and got right to work. The included roof check revealed some cracked tiles we were un-aware of but as licensed roofing contractors they were able to repair while they were here for a great price. The workers were friendly, cleaned up after, and there were no hidden costs or extra fees. Our new home looks better than it has in years and we would definitely use them again.

I have lived in the house for 5 years and we never had the roof cleaned. The terra cotta color does a good job of hiding the dirt but after Javier cleaned it I couldn't believe how much better it looked. They cleaned up all around the house after that were done and aside from the amazing looking roof, you never knew they were there. One of the reasons I waited so long to clean the roof is because so many people use high pressure and or strong chemicals that kill plants and could be hazardous to pets. Javier uses a medium pressure scrub with a diluted bleach solution that is nice compromise between the two. The roof came out fantastic and all my plants are healthy! Will definitely use him again.

He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. Good kid, good service, give him a shot!

I contacted them to clean the roof again using environmentally safe products. Half way through their cleaning I could smell a strong odor of bleach. So much so, I could smell it from my neighbors house. I contacted (Matt) who was in charge, and requested his presence as my lawn was fried/ turning brown, due to the use of bleach which I made clear not to use. He refused to come see the damage to my lawn by the use of bleach. He accused me of "not maintaining my lawn and not watering my lawn." I advised him that my water bills are over $200.00 per month to maintain the large yard. ( as we were in a dry spell at that time) He scuffed at my reply and again refused to respond to inspect/view the damage for himself. Picture are attached. Never again will I use this company. Matt obviously can't tell the difference between a chemically burned lawn and allegedly no-watering. Please view the grass around the burn; it is in great shape. That is what that area used to look like. This Matt has nothing to do with your brags of customers. It has to do with my freedom of truth/fact that this is burned due to chemicals. But, you can't have an opinion because you never cared to show up in person to view it.
