I quickly learned not all pest control businesses in this proximity are proficient handling snakes. I phoned Northeast Wildlife Removal and spoke with the owner, Kasey Glander, who just happened to be on his way to a residence, to my surprise, for snake removal. After speaking w/him, his knowledge & explanation of the snake removal processes was very defining. I relayed the info. to my relative who hired Kasey. I then hired Kasey for another job for my mom's home for a constant problem with bees, hornets, yellow jackets, black beetles nesting in the basement, and spiders. He performed an excellent job! I highly recommend Northeast Wildlife Removal and have no hesitation regarding experience, knowledge-base, thoroughness, and service. If you want pests gone - call Kasey Glander - you won't be disappointed!

I didn't think I would find anyone who would take a plumbing job on a Sunday, but I started making calls around 8:00 a.m. anyway. Johnson SDC was the only company to take a call. Kent said that he said he would be here in about ninety minutes. In fact he arrived a little bit early. He looked at the problem and figured out what was happening: it was ground water trapped by ice that made it flow against gravity up through the drain and into the basement . He did a great job of explaining it to us. He pumped the basement out completely and helped us come up with a game plan for a permanent solution. His bill was reasonable and he gave us a cash payment discount. Very happy with his service, would definitely recommend!
