By the time the technician was able to spray our home the mites were almost all gone from what I had done myself. He sprayed the front door inside and out and did the eaves. About 10 minutes of work. Terminix Wil-Kil (Antigo) Not Appleton On Friday, October 24…read moreI had a scheduled appointment with the service technician between 12-5 PM. I scheduled this appointment three weeks in advance. The appointment was scheduled at my cabin. I made this appointment because nothing has changed with the flying insects since they started servicing my cabin in May 2024. I trusted them in servicing my cabin per the contract. I wasn't present during the services, which is my fault. I waited for my service technician, no names will be mentioned. NO SHOW. The next day (Saturday) I contacted Terminix to let them know. They were very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. I didn't rescheduled. I cancelled my service contract because I was emailed an invoice stating that the service technician completed the service. It was not complete. The photo on this invoice was our red road sign, not my cabin. On past invoices a photo of my cabin was on all invoices. He never came to the door to meet with me (bc my dog would have barked) and the service wasn't complete, per our security cameras. Service was completed in August 2025, per our security cameras. It has been a week and I'm still waiting for my credit, because they had me set up auto pay. I'll continue emailing and calling until I get a credit. If you use Terminix (Wil-Kil) for your pests....make sure you are present at every service to watch them complete what you are paying for. Don't set up auto pay..just in case.

They were to come into the house and spray. Each time I called, they repeated back what was the issue at the house and what they were going to do so they knew what to do. Called again. Told there was nothing they could do, just put in another ticket. Not sure what was so hard- they didnt even bother to ring the doorbell. What a waste of time!! Asked how I could talk to someone actually in my city. Told they didnt know but I could Google it.
