I expected a shake as in like a Frappuccino or milkshake consistency. It was neither. I'd describe it as more of a light milk consistency but creamier than water. It was super refreshing! My husband had a sample of their coconut ice cream as well and said it was really good. Service was quick, and the guy was super friendly.
