The quality and pricing are both excellent. Highly recommend!

Jeff is not only super professional and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what you're getting. He showed me the different levels and grades of tinting materials, explained the differences, and helped me understand the percentage of coverage and how each option would look on my car. After discussing everything with him, I felt very confident about the tint I chose. I knew my car was in good and professional hands, and the final result did not disappoint! Getting a tint applied on your vehicle can be nerve-wracking but Audio Heaven has you covered!…read more I researched several places and felt more comfortable with the conversations I had with Jeff and his son, along with the rave reviews on several websites. Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. Jeff also installs dash cams, car audio, and other services.

I paid $344 for an install and received the most unprofessional, customer service lacking…read moreexperience. I waited in the shop for 4 hours because of an amp/sub install. I brought my own amp/sub. I was rushed out after their 6pm closing time. I was not shown the work I paid for before rushing me out. While checking out, I asked if the 2 wireless remotes were synced. The owner said yes. I also asked the owner about the warranty. The owner said the receipt and warranty was emailed to me. I went outside to the suv to check the sound. The wireless remotes were not synced. I came back in and stated the remotes were not synced. The tech said the remotes wouldn't light up so he has to call Kicker Monday to troubleshoot. I opened 1 remote and it didn't have a battery. I said I have batteries in my suv so can the battery be added so the remotes can be synced. The tech said he has to call Kicker. (But the simplest, most basic thing to do would've been to see if new batteries allowed the remotes to be synced, before calling Kicker.) Saturday, the next day, I was pissed. 1) Not only did I not receive a warranty/reception in my email. 2) the amp was not velcroed down, as discussed with the tech. 3) the wires from a prior install with the amp were just laying around in the trunk. 4) the subwoofer was making a thunderous sound. When playing music and when music is off. 5) when I added batteries to both remotes, the lights came on. So the remotes could've been synced the day of install if the tech would've listened to me. 6) my beige console is dirty on the driver side and I've only had the brand new 2025 for 3 weeks. Now I have to ride around with this egregious sound for a week until I am off work again, and spend 4 more hours sitting in the shop for something that should've been done correctly the first time. This was not a free job. I paid my hard earned money and entrusted this company with my suv. I could've went elsewhere. I was going to come back and have them install my dashcam and windshield tint but now I will never come back to this company. Nor will I refer my friends and coworkers. This was an extremely sloppy, unprofessional job and they should be ashamed.
