Their website doesn't work, phone is never answered, in person staff say they will help but no result. It's been almost a year and I'm still trying to cancel. We've always used this car wash because they have the family plan. My whole family uses it, and it really saves us a lot of money. And they have the 20-cent gas card for Circle K that they give you every time you come in. And I never hear anyone complain about the quality of the wash they get there. read more

My boyfriend was racially profiled at this car wash, he went to take my car to clean out the inside and decided he would play some music. He noted that a woman across from him, (a white woman) was blasting explicit songs by The Weeknd when there were kids around. My boyfriend, a black man was playing clean versions of music as he saw that there were kids around (mind you, he played Fleetwood Mac, a song from curious George and very upbeat music, which he ensured to play quieter than the woman that was blasting her music) then, he decided to play the clean version of Aston Martin music by Rick Ross, and IMMEDIATELY an employee was lurking behind him and told him to turn his music down. He looked over at the other car that was blasting explicit songs and then turned his own music down, then he noticed that they had not spoken to her at all. He decided to turn the music back up again just a tad and the woman came over to him again to lingering around. He stated that they didn't tell the other woman to turn her music down as well as clearly hearing her explicit music over the radio station playing at the car wash vacuum cleaners closest to the store. She assumed that the music was not appropriate, although he played specifically the CLEAN version of his music because there were kids around the facility. He was causing nobody a disruption just minding his own business. Don't go here unless you want to be confronted by a racist fat woman, because apparently playing music in your car while you clean it is against the law. read more

Who doesn't like a clean car, right? First things first, this is a touch carwash not touchless. It uses mechanical agitation from the soft pads as well as water pressure to clean. This is not the place for touchless carwash purists. If you are, stop reading now. Having said that, I haven't had damage to my paint or clearcoat so if I'm in the area with a car that needs to be cleaned I'll keep coming back. The carwash water pressure is strong and along with the agitation does a great job at removing dirt and grime from your car. The vacuum suction power is insane, that's a good thing. You'll be able to do a good interior vacuum cleaning. They also have air lines available to blow dirt out from confined and hard to reach spaces. Overall I'd give this location a 9/10. Note, the vacuuming area is covered, a definite plus. That sun can be brutal midday. If you're in the area and want a clean car, don't hesitate to stop in. read more

After a big pitch from the attendant, I signed up for monthly membership. $14.00 the first month and $29.99 for each succeeding month for unlimited car washes. On October 5, I saw the charge for Clean Freak. I decided to cancel my ongoing membership, which I executed on https://cleanfreakcarwash.com/. Since my card was charged, I "assumed" that I would have until November 5 to get "unlimited" washes. 10/05/24 CLEAN FREAK - INA TUCSON AZ $29.99 Payment for a month of unlimited car washes I went to Clean Freak today, October 21, to wash my car, first time since Sept; Eric was the attendant. When the gate wouldn't open Eric checked his computer and talked with his manager. He said that I had canceled and that I could not get my car washed. Eric said I had probably washed my car too much; he said I hadn't followed the 7 day rule in canceling (in the fine print somewhere?). I quizzed Eric about the fact that I had paid for the month and could not get my car washed. He said there was nothing he could do; the manager never came out ... I decided to go home and file a complaint. I've been here a number of times and had spotty (lol) results. Today I walked around in mud and dirt while I vacuumed my car, stopped at the bug station as I've been told I need to do since their system doesn't actually clean the back of my vehicle where I walked around in more mud. While I was paying a guy came out and pushed a button then told me to remove my card (then walked away - nothing else said). The guy at the entrance walked up with his eyes on his phone and didn't line me up so I hit the guide with my tire (thanks). The towels available to "dry"(?!?) my car were wet but still did some good I think. Their drying system doesn't seem to dry very much and although they state it's purified water I still end up with spots. An $18 car wash ruined wheels on my wife's truck she bought less then 24 hrs before rolling through this car wash. We went through the wash Saturday, after noticing the finish on the rims were completely "ate off" we went to the lot attend, he then said general manager Luis, would be in the next day, we went the next day (sunday) and he wasn't there, that person said he'd be in the next day, but did say our rims looked "rough" with a "oh shit" grin on his face. Went in today, this morning, he hadn't gotten in yet. He calls my wife's phone and IMMEDIATELY was defensive, refusing to do anything, saying "we would never see anything from this". He accused us of not even ever being there cause he "checked the cameras" (mmhmmm) So we drove down there, he came out his office, immediately defensive again, same attitude as he had on the phone not letting either one of us say anything, mean while he's standing there saying we're arguing when we hardly ever got a chance to speak except a few words, cause anytime we opened our mouths he would pretty much refuse to listen to what we had to say, waving his hands in the air, and interrupting us. He said he needed to take pictures for his "boss" because his boss knew about this before he did ???? how???? you weren't even there the 2 times we went, YOU CALL ME, but your boss new about this before you did?? okay. He also slightly accused us of being some low life's trying to seek some money by saying "sorry you couldn't scam some money out of us" as he was walking away. LIKE WHAT. After countless times of him refusing to listen to us, raising his voice, and then after him telling us he was gonna call the police and have us escorted off the property after literally saying maybe 10 words, and "permanently ban us" (like we would ever even to come to this place again, okay power trip) after that, my wife told him to get his fat ass out of her face and though he says it didn't offend him, that's where he fully refused to speak to us any longer. From other reviews (which he takes no responsibility for, and says "reviews don't matter, i don't care about them") it is clear that the only thing gauenteed to come out of this car wash, is damage, and a GM who will never take ownership. They have a F rating through the BBB, 99 complaints and ZERO resolved.. avoid this car wash at all cost. read more

You know I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews for this place and I honestly don't have anything bad to say about it. Sure my car isn't spectacularly clean from a machine washing it, sure, sometimes I get the sucky vacuum that barely sucks, but for $20 a month, unlimited times you can pass through, it makes me happy! You pay more than that on coffee in a week. Or fast food on one trip! All I know is I like the business, it's fast and easy to get a fairly good car wash, and they recently added towels to finish the drying process. It's a yes for me dawg. read more

NOT an effective car wash even after going through TWICE back to back! I would expect this with the cheapest wash you can buy here but I bought the most expensive wash because my car was filthy and had lots of bugs on the Windsheild and front bumper. They do not have bug spray to clean off the bugs which results in you STILL shaving bugs on your windshield and bumper. The second time I went through I was informed of a bug cleaning station (which, is extremely tedious). I mean, who wants to get OUT of their car and MANUALLY get the scrub broom and scrub off the bugs of their car??? That defeats the purpose of a drive through car wash. Bought a month pass on opening day and will be canceling. Dryers are weak and do not fully dry your car which is disappointing. I also don't like how you have to ask for a car wipe even when the wash I bought comes with it. Also, this bin got stuck under my car after I went through. I had to pull over with my hazards on in order to figure out what was grinding under my car. Workers, please don't be careless and leave a bin in the middle of the car wash. read more

I've had good results with the staff, they're friendly, helpful, and not pushy. I'm happy with the car wash even though it's not perfect, but for two trips for $20, you can't beat it. STAY AWAY! My vehicle was damaged by their equipment. It literally ripped a chrome piece right off the door and was damaged beyond repair. The next day I filed an "incident report" in person and provided a $65.00 receipt for the part that needed replaced. The on-duty manager said I would be contacted within 24-48 hours with the outcome. This is also stated on their incident report. A week went by with no contact from the company so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Today (2 weeks later) I received a call from Clean Freak refusing to accept responsibility for the damage and that they would not reimburse me for the damaged part. Check BBB.org for yourself and you'll see a lot of bad reviews and "F" grades for this company at different locations across the state. This is a brand new facility with state of the art automated Car Wash machinery. I got the introductory deal of $6 for the first month and I can get 2 washes per day if I like. After the first month, it is then $30 per month. Also with up to 2 washes per day. I was amazed at the copious amounts of soap and wax that came down on my car! I had just taken a road trip and my car was covered in bug splatters. But with just one wash, they were all gone. Free vacuums and air blowers help me add the finishing touches. I paid $15 for a wash and wax, didn't receive the air freshener or other things included in the package. A worker came out to tell me about the promotion, which the machine was also bugging me about, and meanwhile the car next to me finished up, so I think they got the wash I was supposed to receive. The spray did not get the bugs off my hood, and the spot free rinse left spots. The dryers on the end were so weak I had to hand dry most of my car. I should have bought the $5 package--probably would have gotten the same value out of it. The one positive was the powerful vacuum cleaners. Sucked up all the dirt and hair on my mats. read more

Drove to the car wash and was told if I leave my name and number the manager would call me and fix it. No call. I think its ok car wash drive through but I wonder why if there is a kid right there standing and chatting with coworkers that he can't just press the no thank you button for members to take the precautions for the current situation. I have gone here a few times and for the most part it is just ok. Your average car cleaning place to be honest. The thing that drops it way way down is that they put this stuff on your tires to make them.look clean. It ends up spitting up all over the car itself. So when you are there it looks clean. Then you get it home and it's all nasty with black spots. They def need to rethink this chemical that they use. read more

This car wash location is being improved upon little by little. The staff and managers work really hard to have a seamless carwash experience. It is an older building and has older carwash system issues. That said, this location does a super job for the amount of traffic it sees daily. read more

I have had very positive experiences here. I would recommend to anyone. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a some scratches from the carwash stopping. My husband and I take both our car & truck to this car wash and the wash isn't bad. The other car wash we had memberships at stayed open later and it was very convenient to get the car wash done after work, especially with the hot temperatures in Tucson.
