Absolutely unacceptable and mind-boggling experience. I…read moredropped off three area rugs and paid $370 to have them cleaned. After waiting over two weeks, I finally had to call because they had lost my contact information. No big deal. When I went to pick them up, the receptionist, Crystal, cheerfully told us the rugs were "all fluffed up" and ready to go. I also noticed one invoice listed one of our rugs as 120 square feet, even though our largest rug is only about 80 square feet. As soon as we got home and unwrapped them, I was stunned. Not one of the three rugs had been properly cleaned. I could maybe understand if one rug had somehow been missed, but all three? Every single one still had the exact same stains, the same dog hair, and even the same pieces of bark mulch that were on them when I dropped them off. They were in the exact same condition as before. It honestly felt like I was stuck in the Twilight Zone. We took them back first thing the next morning and showed the rugs to the receptionist in person. We were told they had been steam cleaned once. Based on the condition they were returned in, I do not believe for a second that happened. They looked like they had simply been rolled back up, wrapped in paper, taped, and handed back to us. That's it. I honestly don't know whether they thought we wouldn't notice or simply wouldn't question it, but anyone looking at those rugs could immediately see they hadn't been properly cleaned. To their credit, they did agree to issue a full refund. However, after losing our contact information, charging us for an incorrect rug size, returning all three rugs in the exact same condition they were dropped off, and then telling us it would be another two weeks because they were going on holidays, I have absolutely no confidence in this business. We've already booked another rug cleaning company with an excellent reputation for a lower price, and we're expecting a much better result. I would not recommend this company!

Response back to the owner operator Jack F. I think the man…read morethat came to my house was called Brad. He had relatives on Vancouver Island and was very friendly at first. I posted my original review 8/29/19 under the name Dawnana D. It took Scotties until 6/8/21 to respond back to my review. That's 2 years later, you call that customer service? In your response back you say the customer is having a bad day. I was NOT having a bad day you did a really BAD JOB, I stand by this 100 percent. What I felt was ripped off! All I wanted was a fairly clean carpet not a miracle. I was unsatisfied with the job. Brad was angry as he had to come back and gruffly said "what do you want me to do ream on it?" He then refused to do anything at all. This encounter was abusive and unprofessional, I think Brad was the one having a bad day and then ensured I too was going to have a bad day. What a despicable way to treat a senior I felt threatened. I believe this is probably the result he wanted after all I paid cash and there was nothing I could do about it. A real hit and run experience. Abraham Lincoln said, "You can fool all people some of the time and some of the people all of the time but you can not fool all the people all the time. I am not your fool you owe me, thus this scathing review which is true and accurate.
