There were plenty of seating options, including a table where I was able to eat dinner. Also provided bench seating outside. Halfway through a 16 day vacation and we desperately needed to do laundry. We stayed in Carlsbad for the night and desperately needed fresh clothing. Came in around 7pm and was out the door around 8pm- not bad! They have small and large washers and plenty of dryers on the left side of the laundry mat.

I paid for my pants to be dry cleaned a year ago along with this whole drop off. They were dropped of with this drop off. The only drop off I ever made with y'all. Y'all told me everything was there when I picked it up! It's not my fault that I was lied to. I shouldn't have to pay for something not received or have my clothes stolen from me. Also, I shouldn't have to pay for the time and money to come back and pick up pants that I already paid for that we're supposed to with everything I picked up almost a year ago. I work all over and I'm very rarely in town and I made plans to pick it up year ago and when I picked up this drop off. They should've been with the rest of my cloths a year ago when I picked up my clothes. Many mont later I received a rude message about how my unpicked up clothes were going to be sold!!! I called and explained this to some, she apologized for untrained staff, and said she would hold onto them for me.

In addition to losing clothes our clothes have come back with white streaks all over them as if they weren't rinsed very good or the machine was too packed full of clothes it couldn't rinse them out. So, looking for a new laundromat that has drop off services. I currently DO NOT RECOMMEND LEA STREET LAUNDRY. Not until they get it together and at this time they certainly don't!!
