I have had many bad experiences in my lifetime but nothing has come close to the horrible…read moreexperience I recently had with Jeff from Abel Gutters. Hired him to install new gutters last year and they put an ugly tube on one of my downspouts. Complained after install and owner insisted that's what he would've done if it were his home so we left it. Hated it so much that we called him a year later to fix it and he denied ever doing the work! He accused me of lying and that I had someone else install the hideous tube which couldn't be further from the truth. However he assured me he would still fix it and that he would call me back. Weeks go by and no call so I reach out again numerous and get the same response, "I'll call you back" but never does. He also promised to stop by numerous times and never did. After attempting for almost 2 months and being kept in limbo I finally had enough so I gave him a deadline or I was giving him a bad review. He called me back screaming, accusing me of lying, hung up on me and sent nasty texts. He then called back and finally admitted to installing the tube that he denied doing and said I requested it. Really? Another lie! After going back and forth he promised 3 times that he would finally stop by the next day so we both agreed that after 4pm was best for both of us. Unfortunately his promises were lies again because he never showed up! Therefore the next day I texted him for the last time saying to never call me or come on my property and of course he responds with another lie saying I was supposed to text him. This is NOT how people treat people especially in business. I am nice and patient until I've had enough and I had enough! Really dislike people that don't keep their word, lie, are rude and arrogant and then threaten to write about me because I said I was giving him a bad review. This guy is vindictive and I'm sure he'll try to twist this story around with more of his lies. Anyway, I am a person of integrity and have no reason to lie about this experience. I have proof of every call, nasty text and cash receipt and only speak the truth! All I can say is if you're considering getting gutters do yourself a favor and stay away from this crazy unprofessional man and his company!

I then searched for a roof cleaning company in my area and I came across a to Z pressure cleaning. I am so grateful that I reached out to them because the experience overall was sensational! It started when I spoke with Stacey in the office. She was incredibly patient and professional and answered all of my questions, as this was the first time I had ever had to have my roof cleaned. She was accommodating and was able to pencil me in the following day. I am truly grateful for Stacey. The following day, Nathan the owner, came and did the work. I was initially told it would take anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours but they were done in 45 minutes. The roof looks great! They seem to take pride in the work that they do and the relationships that they build. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone else who has a czar like mine in their HOA! Next, they stripped, cleaned, and resealed my paver driveway. I would like to add some context to my driveway project. A few months back, I had my driveway cleaned and sealed by a different company. The previous crew did not remove all of the old sealer, and they they sloppily applied new sealer over top of the old. It looked horrible. Of note, that job took 3 days. When Darren came out for the driveway estimate, he told me he could fix it. I was dubious, but after seeing the work they did on my pool deck, I decided to let them proceed with the driveway. Clean Master did what they said they would. They were able to remove ALL of the old sealer, and they applied a fresh coat of sealer to a clean driveway. Clean Master took 1 day to complete the driveway strip/seal, and it came out looking great. I appreciate when a company holds true to their word. I would not hesitate to hire Clean Master again, and I will do so in the future.

I have an RO water system which Andrew was aware of when he gave me a quote for pressure washing. Well, that was useless, b/c they did the opposite and DRAINED my RO system and my well system also shut off...I had NO WATER! Had to have my R/O water company come out and then they had to contact my Well water company to come out late in the day in order to provide me water to my home.
