My advice: stay far away from Nathan Hinz and A to Z Pressure Cleaning. Here's why: We contacted Nathan Hinz, owner of A to Z Pressure Cleaning, to clean our roof. Before the cleaning, he came over to discuss my concerns about protecting our landscaping. During this conversation, he conveniently forgot to mention that he uses bleach for roof cleaning. As the cleaning started, we quickly realized something was off--our eyes began itching, and the strong bleach smell was unmistakable. That same evening, my husband came home with bleach stains on his shirt, which had landed on him earlier that day as he left our. Then came the real damage: our plants, flowers, and grass were bleached and soon died. Our outdoor furniture got bleached. We called Nathan back to evaluate the damage, and he offered to cover the landscaping costs. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. About a week later, we noticed the bleach had stripped the paint from every side of our house. When we called Nathan again, asking him to activate his insurance to address the damage, he told me he didn't want to deal with me anymore. At that point, I told him he'd hear from my attorney. A claims adjuster eventually contacted us, only for us to learn that Nathan's insurance didn't cover him because he was using bleach inappropriately. I decided to take Nathan Hinz to court, but he tried to dodge accountability by changing his address to a PO box. I discovered this myself and then hired someone to serve him. That's where things currently stand. So, if you're asking me whether I'd recommend Nathan Hinz or his company, A to Z Pressure Cleaning, the answer is an emphatic NO. He lacks basic knowledge of his trade, doesn't care about people's property, and hides when things go wrong. His behavior speaks volumes. Nathan, why don't you show your face in court? I received a letter from the czar at my HOA because apparently my roof was hurting the property value of the houses around me. He is a jackass! I then searched for a roof cleaning company in my area and I came across a to Z pressure cleaning. I am so grateful that I reached out to them because the experience overall was sensational! It started when I spoke with Stacey in the office. She was incredibly patient and professional and answered all of my questions, as this was the first time I had ever had to have my roof cleaned. She was accommodating and was able to pencil me in the following day. I am truly grateful for Stacey. The following day, Nathan the owner, came and did the work. I was initially told it would take anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours but they were done in 45 minutes. The roof looks great! They seem to take pride in the work that they do and the relationships that they build. I will definitely recommend this company for anyone else who has a czar like mine in their HOA! A to Z is the ONLY company you should be calling when you need your patio, walkway, driveway, roof anything cleaned. The sun, trees, heat can make them quite a mess. Alex and his team are the most professional, friendly, capable company anywhere. I have a small patio, they treated me like I had a mansion. VERY accommodating.
