NOT surprised to see one star ratings, as I add my own. Problems from beginning to end. Would like to compliment Sheree for her kindness during the estimate, where she told me a "CREW" would be doing the work, and Alyssa, who came alone, sans crew, on finally getting a hard job done and working extra to do it. Was definitely more than a one person job, which Tammy, the operations manager, told me when she saw the job. And she worked along side of Alyssa to get the work done in a timely manner. And it was HARD work for them. Poor equipment for a nicotine removal. Poor tools for employees to use to reach high places and ceilings. Had to suggest proper cleaner that worked on the nicotine far better than bleach. High charge for using a credit card. Ridiculous, actually. ($11.38). Professionalism in office was terrible and I was treated horribly by Leanna. No one gave me access to the owner, who I would be more than HAPPY to discuss the whole issue. Lies were told and proven. Was happy to pay for the job, as Alyssa and Tammy worked very hard. The office staff needs retrained. Jon is STILL free to reach out to me. And, as an owner, he has not. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were hired to do a move out cleaning on rental property. I can only assume that since we were not able to be on site for the cleaning, they assumed they did not have to actually clean the house. They charged over $500 which was more than what was quoted. They did not vacuum or mop any floors. The toilets were dirty with stains as the house has sat for a period of time prior to the cleaning. This service was a complete rip off and did not pass inspection from the rental company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost. They are a complete rip off and scam. read more

I needed house cleaning and carpet cleaning for a rental property prior to tenants moving in. Things got off to a bad start when I did not receive a call that the crew was running late - by 2 hours. When they hadn't shown up I called the office and was told they had another job, people called off, and they forgot to notify me of a delay. Secondly, one of the cleaning crew "girls" said they were expecting an old farmhouse and a real mess. To the contrary, the brick home is in the country, however, it is a very nice home, is well maintained, and has always been treated with love. The cleaning crew had six rooms to clean and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The three bedrooms needed only floors cleaned and baseboards wiped; the full bath needed only the toilet, bathtub and floor cleaned. The dining and living rooms needed only the floorboards cleaned, and the dining room floor needed swept and scrubbed. The kitchen work was pitiful; the only thing I can say is that I asked for all cupboards to be wiped out, the fronts cleaned, and the floor scrubbed. Not too much right? Especially since I had cleaned the stove and frig prior to them coming. Needless to say, they "finish" and ask me to inspect their work. I made them redo the kitchen floor as there was clearly dirt spots they didn't touch. I also asked them to reclean 4 cabinets as crumbs were clearly remaining. In one of the bedrooms they left a pile of dirt on the floor so I asked them to redo it. I overheard one of the crew saying yippee, we're done early (i.e. this was an easy job!). They made a quick exit. I then took a closer look at the house and realized I now had to clean up after Cleanbee! I redid the kitchen and dining room floors, cleaned out 6 cupboards (that they missed), and the floor in an enclosed porch. I did reach out to Cleanbee, sent them pictures, and they offered to send out a person again, however, I don't want them back. Problem is I live an hour away and need to get the work done now! The ONE good thing about the day was Rich, who cleaned the carpets in two rooms and a sofa. He was fantastic and he deserves 5 stars. I rent a one bedroom apartment through Promax Management Inc. and Clean Bee is listed as their "preferred" vendor. Before I moved out, my daughter and I spent 2 days thoroughly cleaning that place and we also hired a professional cleaning service with great reviews to come and help. However, Promax had Clean Bee cleaned it again after we are gone without giving us any notice and charged me $300 afterwards just for cleaning the living room area and bathtub, they also provided me with an invoice of this amount that was endorsed by Clean Bee. I called Clean Bee at 571-296-9056 on July 18 2016 to ask for a quote to clean a one bedroom apartment. A lady answered me and said it was only $150 for the entire apartment. So where did the $300 invoice come from? Who was lying? It was apparently a ripoff and I need to know the truth! read more
