Needless to say nothing was fixed, and the con worked. I am guessing that my agent was getting kickbacks because she would not step up and the Cable's rep promised the world, but delivered typical East Texas, Smith County, failure to accept responsibility or be honest. Here is an example of the quality of their work, and this is perhaps the best bit of it.. I was told repeatedly that this was the best that anyone offered... BS...

They scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 10 am…read more They called me at 9am and said their gutter estimator had called in sick and rescheduled for the following Monday at 10 am. they told me for the initial contact a person had to be home. I spent another day sitting at home waiting. Time is money for me also. Two days pay that is. No one arrived, no one called. It's now Wednesday and still no contact. Either they have bad communication in their office (scheduler and estimator) or they have bad communication with their prospective clients. Either way I guess they don't need the work.
