What was provided was changed, with two areas not even being covered, with decking that was clearly inadequate being reused, and being promised that everything would be fixed. Needless to say nothing was fixed, and the con worked. I am guessing that my agent was getting kickbacks because she would not step up and the Cable's rep promised the world, but delivered typical East Texas, Smith County, failure to accept responsibility or be honest. Here is an example of the quality of their work, and this is perhaps the best bit of it.. I was told repeatedly that this was the best that anyone offered... BS...

There was enough damage to warrant a new roof. We had at that point never met anyone so honest and professional about taking care of a possible client. We agreed to go with the roof repair but then tornado damage occured before repairs could be started from the previous hail. Travis went above and beyond getting us back to where we needed to be. Because of him and the wonderful team at Priority Roofing we became whole again. Travis and the whole team went way above and beyond what most companies would do for a customer. We are in our sixties and sometimes are not so savvy with technology. We feel Travis was our savior during a very stressful time.
