(Carpets still wet and brown almost 48 hours later) They do not call to discuss, THEY CALL TO ARGUE Eric, the most unprofessional and argumentative human will call you and defend his crew not accomplishing a job. BEWARE, nowhere on their website do they say THEY CAN REMOVE STAINS AND CLEAN CARPET. NOWHERE IN THEIR WEBSITE DO THEY CLAIM TO BE BETTER THAN YOUR BISSELL CARPET CLEANER. Eric let me know that they do not guarantee their work nor do they claim that they can actually clean a carpet on their website. THEY ONLY CLAIM THAT THEY WILL TRY I told Eric that I didn't ask for them to waste a second trip and they did that on their own. All I wanted was a full refund after the first fail. If you can't do it right the first time, well... everyone but Eric knows the saying.
