I later hired a professional deep cleaner who confirmed that the paint was everywhere and said she could not get it off. When I asked the painter to return and clean up what his crew had left behind, he refused, blamed the problem on the condo being dirty before they arrived, and handed me a razor blade so I could scrape it off myself and quickly left--not even an apology. The crew initially had my permission to use the air conditioner. However, once my HOA notified me that it was leaking into my downstairs neighbor's unit, she asked the crew to turn it off. They reportedly refused to listen to her and would not help her contact me, potentially allowing further water damage to occur. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of cleanup and accountability afterward was unacceptable. I was left with the distinct impression that because my condo was only 830 square feet--and therefore not one of their larger, more profitable jobs--my concerns were not worth their time once they had been paid. After spending $5,300, I should not have been left hiring another professional to clean up their paint or scraping my own floors and countertops with a razor blade. I would not hire this company again.

After having a new 200-amp electrical meter installed, the exterior stucco had to be repaired and painted. Matching existing exterior paint and stucco is one of those jobs that can go very wrong very quickly. Felipe nailed the color match. Looking at the finished wall, you would be hard-pressed to tell where the new work begins and the original finish ends. Inside, he painted the new baseboards and trim throughout the areas that had been worked on, giving everything a clean, finished appearance. He also painted the barn door leading into my downstairs half bath, and it came out excellent. The white finish is clean and consistent and really completes the look of the door. What I appreciate is that none of these were necessarily huge projects individually, but Felipe treated the details like they mattered. Clean lines, good coverage, excellent color matching and a finished product that actually looks finished. That's usually how I judge craftsmanship: if I have to point out where the repair was made, you did your job right. Felipe did exactly that. I would absolutely recommend Global Painting and would use Felipe again.

Our garage was unfinished when we purchased it so Suprema came in, removed wooden shelving, installed drywall on the walls and ceilings as well as installed recessed lighting and ceiling shelving. We also had them paint the exterior of the house and a large shed in the backyard. They were very detailed with cleaning/prep before painting and it showed in their work! If you're on the fence, I highly recommend getting a quote and going with Suprema! You won't be disappointed.

I am assuming they only put 2 coats of finish on and didn't prep correctly since all of the finish has already released after only 4 short months. When his team was "complete" I could tell they did not do the job I expected. I asked them to come back out and place one more coat on....which they did but didn't make much difference. I have since refinished myself after spending over $2k for their crappy work. It looks great now.....after a real complete strip and 4 coats of the finish I originally asked for. My advice is do it yourself or go elsewhere.
