Being an American we are experts in the realm of milk shakes. We are hard to satisfy in this category. You can also say the same for burgers. I enjoyed the environment of Kaspa's, and the customer service was good, but the magic is in their Milk Shakes. It is the best shake I have ever had in the U.K.. If you have to get a shake fix, Kaspa's is the only place I recommend in the U.K.. They have other locations, and when I visit from the States I will never except a shake unless it comes from Kaspa's. However the service was a bit slow. After 30 minutes at the establishment, my partner got his dessert which was just ok. Five minutes later I was told that they did not have the dessert I ordered. Why didn't they tell me that to start with? I didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes and I feel like my precious holiday time was wasted.
