We started our process last year buying investment properties and through only our fault, some deals never happens and she still stuck with us. We finally closed on 3 this summer and she did things I would never expect out of a realtor. I am in the industry and have yet to complete a transaction that was facilitated as well as with Colette. We have made many home and investment purchases and in this case, I left everything up to her. I never even visited the properties I trusted her and her team so thoroughly. The absolute best! I would only recommend Colette in every area she covers.

We began the search process pretty uncertain of exactly what we wanted, and changed our search parameters more than once. However, Colette remained SO patient and graceful throughout our months of looking, and spearheaded our search with such perseverance and focus until she sent us...the one! She went above and beyond to do her due-diligence to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, while also making us aware of any potential issues she saw so that we could address them early on, to avoid any unwanted "surprises" down the road... I was impressed by her professionalism and vast knowledge of houses and resources, as well as her ability to see the "big picture" and keep us focused on the things that we told her were important to us in a home. Buying a house can be a stressful process, especially when you are looking for your "forever home," but Colette truly did everything she could to make our experience as seemless as possible--keeping us informed and at ease throughout. My parents and in-laws are both looking to move to this area and I insisted they work with Colette in their home search, since I only want the best for them and she truly is the best!
