We were fortunate to find Heath and Sarah Dorr through Zillow. Our initial contact was with Heath…read moreanswering a question we had. He followed-up multiple times, with no pressure, to earn our business when we were ready to buy. We were impressed by his tenacity. We discovered that Heath and his wonderful wife, Sarah, are both Realtors. They work as a great team so you get the benefit of two Realtors working for you. Sarah is wonderful at the deep dive process of researching homes to meet our VERY strict criteria. She is excellent at communication and, together, their availability to us was above and beyond. Sarah and Heath are willing to go to any lengths to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Our price point was very low for this competitive market so Sarah worked creatively outside the box to add possibilities to our prospects pool. Our criteria included specifics that most prospective home owners aren't concerned with (e.g unpermitted work on the home is one example of many) and Sarah and Heath were more than happy to learn how to research this for us. Neither of them ever tried to push us towards homes we couldn't afford. They focused on OUR goals and worked harder than they would have for a higher priced home and commission. Heath has an excellent eye for detail when touring a home. While he is careful not to offer unsolicited opinions, he is a valuable resource with excellent knowledge about home construction and updates and the quality of workmanship. He is a skilled negotiator. We discovered later that, when we fell in love with our prospective new home, Heath impressed the sellers'realtor by fighting for us to be their buyer. It was this tenacity and level of support that made the difference and helped the seller to choose us! Both are always working to improve their knowledge base with seminars and conferences. They are VERY involved with the community they serve. They volunteer their time in the area and they live where they work so they know the area well. They offer excellent referrals for services of all kinds and we loved their recommendations! We explored down payment assistance programs available and they invested time to learn as much as they could to help us navigate that process and connected us with others in the mortgage industry to offer their expertise. They are down to earth, supportive, helpful, and encouraging. They made themselves available to tour homes within hours of being listed due to the seller's market we faced. They spent countless hours with us as we nitpicked details. They never made us feel like we were the annoyances I know we were! When we bought our forever home, they were so enthusiastic and supportive. We feel like we found friends in a process that is incredibly stressful and an emotional roller coaster. We absolutely recommend them. No one will work harder for you and they will only get better from there!

You want the right house? Find the right Realtor. I started by searching reviews for the best…read morecompany in Spring Hill, then the Realtor with the best reviews for that company. That's how I found Jennifer Harper. There have been so many moments where myself and my family had to stop and say, wow. Just wow. What an amazing woman, an incredible Realtor. She REALLY knows her job and beyond. Yes, we found our dream home with her. But let me tell you the magic she worked leading up to this. I'm from Key West, living in a house I can't afford with insurance rates sky rocketing... After covid hit we had to start planning to relocate somewhere more affordable. We have some friends of family in Spring Hill and once we saw the house prices in that area, we were hooked. I decided to call Jennifer just to get an idea of what we would be looking at and start putting things in motion. She talked to me for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Way beyond anything I would expect of someone who hasn't even met me. She told me about the schools, the area, the issues and benefits of buying there. By the end of our conversation I felt I had a firm grasp of the town we might call home. She sent me the perfect listings to look at, she never spammed me but she also never ignored my calls or questions. We planned a trip up to look around and she also gave me a list of places to go and things to do. DAY 1. We found a house that looked perfect, it had been on the market for 2 days so we panicked and she got us a showing that day within a couple hours. Let me say, this house was worth enough for her to get a good commission on, but from the moment we stepped in she said she didn't like it. She said it felt "tired". Oh boy, was she right. But she could have easily said oh wow this is amazing and we may have pushed for it. No.... She pointed out all of its flaws and insisted this wasn't the one for us. For reference, the house was listed for around $230,000. We had our eyes on a beautiful house since before we came up but it had a sinkhole. When we were leaving that "tired" house I mentioned if only the one we loved didn't have a sinkhole.... To my surprise she said well actually I think that may not be as big of an issue as we thought. Well we got brave and drove over there without an appointment and talked to the owner. He explained the sinkhole issue and let us see the house. It was gorgeous. We called Jennifer and she reviewed the sinkhole report and said it could be easily fixed for $17,000. The house was listed originally for $210,000 but had dropped to $193,000. When we told Jennifer we saw it and walked through, loved it and talked to the owner, she jumped on it like a tiger. She went over there first thing the next morning and did a walk through. She said it was beautiful, perfect. She loved it. KEEP IN MIND, she could have gotten a bigger commission from us for a different house but no. She did what was right. From there, she hit the ground running. She negotiated an amazing deal for us to get the house for $185,000. And because we couldn't get a regular mortgage with the sinkhole, she ALSO found us a hard money lender for a super reasonable price to put down the funds for us while we wait to sell our house here in Key West. There aren't enough words for the amount of work and compassion this woman put into getting the right house for us. She fought for us, she provided things we didn't even know we needed, she helped with every in and out of getting things done. By the time we sell our house in Key West, we will own this home outright, with NO MORTGAGE. Because she did the footwork to find the right place and took the right actions to make it work. My life has been transformed from one where I cried over bills, couldn't afford my home, struggling to get by everyday.... To a life where I won't have to worry about providing for my family. Where I can actually flourish in the most beautiful home I couldn't even have imagined myself being in. All of this has happened in less than a one month period, I wish I could express just how much this has meant to me. She is more than just a Realtor, for us, she's been a miracle worker. She's honest, she's thorough, she's firm, she's compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable and intelligent. If you want your dream home, she's your gal. She made our dreams a reality.

She not only found our dream home and negotiated like a pro, she found our lender, she found our perfect pool service company, someone to fix the roof, someone to fix the sinkhole, took care of every single need while we were out of town, anything I could have needed whether I knew it or not she had the answer and jumped on every detail to get things done! To my total surprise she even offered to help us sell our home in the keys! A traveling wonder, I can trust her with absolutely anything. I have never met a realtor with the drive and connections and pure efficiency to get every job done. Truly above and beyond. For the rest of my life, myself and my family will always compare every realtor and person in general to Jennifer when it comes to getting things done. She would help us sign offers remotely at 9 pm on a Sunday night when needed, make every service appointment for us with the right companies for incredibly fair prices. She could have let us buy a house for more money and a bigger commission but no, if she felt the house wasn't perfect, she told us. Many of the things she had done are not even what's typically included in a realtor. Money or not, she really cares to put the time and effort into perfection for her clients beyond what would ever be expected. There isn't enough room in a review to describe just how much she has done for us and the lengths she went to. She got us a home beyond our wildest dreams, and then she made sure everything that followed was perfection. There's only one true realtor in my book, Jennifer Harper. Thank you, your help has been indescribable, your care and compassion genuine, and as a person you've become someone we can count on for a lifetime.

These Coldwell Banker Realtors are in the Sugarmill Woods Subdivision 155 Douglas St. Suite B, Homosassa, Florida 34446. They won't protect our wildlife in the same community they are selling Lots and homes in. Plus they have a office right inside of this community. It is so disturbing that they sell and work where they don't care about our wildlife and community. ***Please Do Not Buy From These Females nor the office addressed above in Crystal River because they are the same females.*** I called to complain about his realtors and his realtors potential buyers driving through the grass in Sugarmill Woods and surrounding areas. They are running over tortoises big and small. Two females hung up on me. Then, Kristine Moller without my permission, she got my number from caller ID called me. She was understanding at first then asked for my name. I said no that's not necessary. Plus the 2 females there wouldn't give me their names. I know you all will just make fake calls to HOA. She said well they said you were threatening them..... I threatened to call corporate sense they were being dismissive about the deaths of Tortoises that they were either causing and or could help stop it from happening by their potential buyers. So see how these people thinking process is, that's what they were going to do, make up a lie instead of fixing the problem which they have created. She then was mean like the other 2, then said it wasn't them to talk to that I need to call HOA. But you all are the ones and your potential buyers who are driving over them. So they won't stop unless a higher authority makes them. Instead of using common sense and having a heart not to wanting to run over them, this is viscous and evil. So maybe they'll listen to Tortoise Wildlife Sanctuary. HOA at Sugarmill Woods, Sugar Mill Civics Association, Animal Control, ASPCA, PETA, Florida Real Estate Association and ALL News Channels, Review sites, also any and all News Papers that'll run this, and any potential Customers/Buyers of theirs because if you want to move here, they don't care about what would then be your Tortoise also. This community is very protective of our tortoises. Plus it's against the law to hurt and or kill them.
