Everything was original condition from 2006 when the house was built. I feel like if you are a good renter they should advocate for you. It's just another big company taking advantage of people. We moved out after the last increase. After moving out Jeffery refused to refund our deposit. They replaced all the carpet in the house and still expected us to pay for carpet cleaning. True slum lords. Beware!!!!!!!
