Parking is limited but once you book your reservation an email is sent on instructions and information on additional parking. Two bathrooms which are very large in size and step stool for the kids to wash their hands. Play area very cool with a ball pit. In the front of the indoor play area is only for little ones. There is an area for shoes and bags in the front entrance. Cafe is small with limited seating, food and drinks are average.

To come, you have to reserve a spot (1-2hours) so this alleviates overcrowding. During summer, the morning time until 10:30am is for 3 year olds and younger only. During the rest of the year, it is open to the other ages. Apparently, this was not communicated clearly so some of my other mom friends with kids older than 3 were turned away upon arrival. It's beautiful inside. The colors, aesthetic, layout. The play area is gated off. Everything is baby proofed. Two story play area with climbing, ball pit, low stimulation touch screen game, mini trampolines, and more. There's a small area specifically for infants. I climbed around the entire structure as well. There's at least one worker supervising and cleaning the play area. The cafe is outside of the play area, but very close where you can supervise your child. There are also 4 cameras so you can see your child even if they're inside of or behind a structure. There are 2 large companion restrooms with diaper pails, stairs for toddlers to reach the sink, & most everything is touch free. I really appreciated how clean everything was. We will definitely be back!

After seeing that we stayed for maybe another 5 mins because our 6 year old was having a fit but it's just so dirty and unsanitary, we had to go Wasn't worth having my baby put things in his mouth I just witness employees stepped on mindlessly and while my child was playing ..... why even pay the $3 for socks at that point??? I paid about 32 to be in there for a max 30 mins Don't waste your time , go somewhere else Maybe this place needs to be bought out by owners that care

Furthermore, it is close to the Orlando Airport as well as hotels. My son was in Orlando when his flight to Chicago was canceled. They found Kidiverse and that is how they entertained the family with the extra day in Orlando. As the grandmother of the family, I tagged along and joined in on the fun. The whole family was entertained on that extra day of vacation. Activities are diverse. There are lots of slides, mazes, and even a little town with a diner, school, house, etc. that are the kids' sized. My grandson enjoyed playing air hockey. The restaurant, although closed when we were there, was equipped for parties. If you have young children, I highly recommend Kidiverse.

There was already a short line, but the staff was friendly, and we got inside without much trouble. Since we'd never been before, I do wish there had been a little more explanation of how everything worked, especially the coins and which activities were included with admission versus which ones cost extra. The kids had a great time. There are a huge number of activities, and most of them are easy enough for young kids to figure out without much instruction. Ours especially loved the tablets with games and the giant Lite-Brite. They also spent some time on the playground, but lost interest once some bigger kids started playing pretty roughly. There's honestly so much going on that it can become a little overwhelming. After a couple of hours, it got fairly loud, and we were all ready for a break. The cafe had a limited food selection, especially if you're looking for something higher in protein, but reentry made it easy to work around. We went to the mall food court for lunch and then came back for a while. The gift shop is excellent and has a lot of creative products you don't normally see. I'd definitely go again, especially now that I understand the layout and how everything works.

Everything is indoors and even though the space is massive it is not overly crowded which is great. Favorite activities included: - Glow in the dark wax painting - Creating and naming your own crayon - Decorating your own Scribble - Selfie and photo stations everywhere (my daughter especially loved the sketch bots) - And of course the gift shop! We were able to get discounted tickets off Groupon. We spent about three hours there.

I come here for the gym since I decided to "temporarily freeze" my Crunch Fitness membership due to Covid-19... just until I feel safe to go back. In fact, I use to come here all the time since it's down the street from my house and I can walk. The gym is small .. for now there is a max capacity of 6 at a time and they do require residents to make a reservation to use the facility. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled reservation, they will automatically cancel you. You have a time limit of 90 minutes if you're using the gym and then they close to deep clean and then they reopen again to get the next set of residents in. Because of new regulations and to keep residents safe, you are also required to fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire and to wear masks while on the property. They may not have all the gym equipment that I normally use at Crunch Fitness, but they do have the basics so you can still get a good workout in. Although there are new hours and new rules to follow, the Vista Lakes Recreation clubhouse are doing their part to make their residents feel safe during this interesting time.

The resort style design and two large pools provide ample space for large groups. The pool has many rules that can get annoying at times but it keeps the pool area clean and enjoyable for all so it's worth it. The pool has a cool water slide for kids and adults and the surrounding landscaping makes you feel like your on vacation and not just visiting your local HOA pool. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They are in the middle of adding an accessible pool lift for people with disabilities to enjoy the pool as well. I really enjoy our pool environment and will definitely return on a regular basis. I'd recommend neighbors and friends of to come and enjoy our beautiful pool area.

We did not bring socks so we had to buy them there for $2.50, so for around $18, we were able to go in with our child for 2 hours. 2 adults are free with one child's admission price. I feel like socks should've been included, but you are allowed to bring in your own from home and they don't have to be grip bottom socks. You are given a colored armband that indicates the time you need to leave. 4 stars because there were a lot of coin operated rides/games/machines to play with, however some of them were out of order (carousel, VR game) or were pay to play (air hockey, and another car type of vehicle). The decor and theming was impressive and there were two areas in the back where they had set up for parties that were not happening at the time of our visit. I liked how each set up for the parties came with huge balloon garland that color coordinated with the theme. A thunderstorm rolled through the area while we were there, and it was a nice reminder of why we chose an indoor activity to enjoy today. We spent an hour and 45 minutes there before we had to go, and of course our kids were reluctant to leave! I was also able to capture my friend's baby standing and walking while pushing a baby doll stroller which was very exciting! I would recommend this place if you're looking for an indoor, air conditioned, clean and safe environment for kids aged 18 months to age 7 or 8, this place should be on the list.

Once inside, it was super convenient to pay cash for cool extra rides and wildlife photos. We paid cash on the spot to pose while holding a baby alligator, which turned out to be our favorite souvenir photo of the whole vacation! Since almost the entire park is outdoors along open boardwalks and natural trails, carrying a raincoat or umbrella was an absolute lifesaver when a typical Florida rain shower rolled through. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff was 10/10--friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A great bonus is that Florida residents get 50% off admission, making it an even better value for a family outing. Between the amazing military perk, hands-on animal encounters, and welcoming atmosphere, we loved every minute. We highly recommend giving yourself a full day to soak it all in!
