Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered. When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof. I have also converted several employees of mine to using his service too. This is what fantastic customer service is! I go out of my way to patronize and use locally owned small businesses. But again, being a locally owned office that is part of a national company is getting the best of both worlds.
