The owner…read morepresents himself as offering a discount for paying upfront, but in our experience, this appeared to be a tactic to secure full payment before the event. He then sent an employee who arrived with her boyfriend; both appeared to be under the influence of a substance (not alcohol) and behaved unprofessionally throughout. The DJ arrived late and did not start playing music until 50 minutes after the contracted start time, violating the 4-hour service agreement. Several guests -- many of whom are medical professionals -- noticed and commented on their impaired appearance. The DJ frequently cut songs mid-way, skipped over half of the requested playlist, and at one point asked for our Wi-Fi access so she and her boyfriend could sit in the van and play music remotely. Rather than making up for the lost time, they ended the service promptly at 4:00 p.m., took food from the party, and left. When contacted about these issues, the owner dismissed our concerns because he was not present, refused to take responsibility for his employee's conduct, and initially offered to refund half the payment. He later reversed that offer, citing irrelevant reasons such as the tip amount and untrue claims that we threatened him. Our request was simple -- reimbursement for the hour of service we paid for but did not receive. The owner refused. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business. Also Todd never addresses the real concerns and deflects to irrelevant issues. He will insult you how you planned your party attempting to provoke a reaction from you. He is a shady person and would not advise anyone using his services.

The dj I had was nice, so it is a shame, but I had just gotten married this past Saturday and a lot was wrong with these services. They forgot the uplighting, which I had paid for - website shows $1350-$1750 I was charged over $2000 for just sound, the DJ played the wrong song for my bridal party while they were walking in and changed it really quick, didn't let the guests know the cake was being served so it went to waste, there were moments of silence in between songs , and the worst part about this was I had been contacting the owner and he did absolutely nothing when I was emailing him. He stopped answering my emails. Do not use these services it ruined my wedding night and I don't want anyone else to experience the same disappointment that I did.

Longer version: Kyle performed at my family reunion, for a crowd of about 15. First thing that I noticed: he knew every single person's name by heart within the first 10 minutes of arriving. Just while he was talking to people, sharing a few jokes, setting up for the show. Even before he had performed a single trick, he had charmed every member of my family, even the grumpy ones and even the young'ns, some of whom are usually shy. He was funny, considerate, intelligent, articulate, gracious, patient, and I know he's got a houseful of his own kids and he's worked with young people, and he was just as fantastic with generation A as he was with the Gen Xers and the Boomers!! My family ranged in age from 11 to 78. And Kyle had something to delight every single person there. During the act itself, he invited us to sit up close, and we could easily see every moment, every movement, every manipulation, and he befuddled and befuzzled every single one of us. So in this, Kyle actually defied Abraham Lincoln: he fooled all of my family, all of the time. And Kyle invited audience participation in several of the tricks. And every single trick was an absolute mind breaker. Some of my family members were sitting 2 feet away, and every single person was bowled over by the magic Kyle performed with such craftsmanship and confidence. Plus the guy is funny! A genuinely talented magician, and a fiendishly quick wit. His friendly banter and incisive patter and audience engagement delighted everyone there.
